I am the deputy general manager for a petrochemical import company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Dosha Management System PLC?

We needed to develop a website to help with HR and inventory management, so we hired Dosha.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Dosha created a fleet management platform for internal use. They used software similar to Oracle that allows us to input employee information. The platform was built to handle aspects of HR, like attendance and payroll, so that everything is managed in one place.

The team also worked on our website, integrating social media linking tools and a promotion platform for our products with its own inventory management.

We work with three people: a project manager, a developer, and the person who works on the HR software.

We found Dosha online. When we interviewed them over the phone, we found their offer attractive and decided to hire them.

We’ve invested $3,000.

We began working together around December 2019, and the engagement is ongoing.

They’ve done a great job. The HR platform has provided great leverage for us and solved our headaches. Doshia is doing well with the website, too.

They do everything possible to deliver what is promised in a timely manner. 

We primarily communicate via email and text, but we also use Slack, Zoom, and Telegram.
