The scope included building my studio’s main website with custom portfolio and gallery features, creating a full academy website with a certificate verification system, and developing a custom Python automation bot for our internal workflow. Deliverables were the complete websites, all UI/UX design, development, and the automation system

The new websites made our studio look much more professional, improved how we present our work, and made it easier for clients and students to access our services. The automation bot also saved us time and made our workflow more efficient

I’m the founder and dentist of a dental clinic that provides general and cosmetic dentistry services.

What challenge were you trying to address with Hocco Tech?

We needed support with web design and SEO.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Hocco Tech has rebuilt our website with a fresh design and improved the site's speed and usability. The redesign has focused on a better layout, easier navigation, mobile optimization, and SEO-friendly content so patients can quickly find the information they need. The team has also worked on SEO and local SEO so patients can easily find us on Google search results in Istanbul and our clinic district. In addition, Hocco Tech handles our Instagram, creating posts and managing the page to boost engagement.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with around five teammates from Hocco Tech, including a project manager, developer, SEO specialist, videographer/photographer, and Instagram support.

How did you come to work with Hocco Tech?

We found Hocco Tech through an online search when looking for a web design and SEO company in Istanbul. We chose them because they understood our clinic’s needs, offered a complete solution for website redesign, SEO, and social media, and their communication was very clear.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Hocco Tech in June 2023, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our website has started ranking better on Google search and local search, which has brought us more patients. We’ve also noticed a clear increase in Instagram followers and engagement. Specifically, we’ve seen around a 40% boost in rankings, about 30% more patient inquiries, and roughly 50% higher engagement on Instagram.

How did Hocco Tech perform from a project management standpoint?

Hocco Tech’s project management is very organized, and the team delivers everything on time without delays. Our main communication channels are WhatsApp and phone calls, which make everything fast and easy.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re impressed by how Hocco Tech combines website design, SEO, and Instagram management in one package — it feels very complete.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, we’re very satisfied with Hocco Tech. The only small challenge is that SEO results take a bit longer to show, but that’s understandable because the dental field in Istanbul is highly competitive.
