We have seen an increase in traffic to our location with people finding us through the campaigns. We have also seen more leads coming in electronically.

HK Digital sets monthly goals for the campaigns, actively monitors results during the month and makes adjustments as needed to meet the goals. They do not just "set it and forget it."

I’m the owner of Muy Buñuelo, its a company that sells traditional food and innovates with different stuffed flavors.

We needed help planning out our special December promotions as it is an important period for us. Additionally, the team at HK Digital provided guidance and insights into how we can best build a database for ourselves to obtain first-party data. Finally, they helped us establish a critical discovery process for potential franchisers.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were searching for a company to help support us through this challenging period, we met with Olaf & Isaac from HK Digital in person and were impressed by their ability to quickly pinpoint our issues. We started a discovery process with them and realized that they are the people we want to cooperate with.

First, we went through an extensive discovery phase with multiple meetings where the HK Digital team helped us streamline our problems. They would then host workshops to help us critically look at our business - and offered clever on-the-spot solutions. They primarily used their knowledge of platforms like TikTok, Meta and SEMrush to help streamline these workshops.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We primarily worked with two of the founders, Isaac and Olaf, and their Director here in Colombia, Natalia. Soon we will also be getting assistance from other team members.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The workshops were amazing. They really helped pinpoint our main pain points and the team delivered on a Growth timeline (roadmap) of items we had to prioritize in order to achieve our goal. The campaigns are still in the pipeline and we expect to have the results come the end of the year.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had three in-person sessions, starting from the initial 1-hour discovery meeting. Then a second 1-hour session to iron out the details before we summarized everything in a massive 4-hour workshop, that was incredibly well organized. The team kept us in the loop of their preparations and was able to adjust their schedule to coordinate with us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It is always good to see Founders who have been through the process themselves. They translated experience and market understanding to our own unique business, taking the time to really iron-out the details. It was great to see them accurately pinpoint our biggest challenges, while immediately offering solutions.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Yes, it would be amazing to conduct a workshop like this in the future completely in Spanish!
