The automation fixed a few things on the website. We no longer had to deal with support tickets from clients. The support tickets were added by AI and sent to the department concerned with the problem that needed to be fixed. It reduced work by a few percent.

Hiteshi handled things quickly. The project manager communicated with me very well, and I was happy to work with him while the developers did their thing.

I was impressed with how they handled the project. There was little to no contact with the developers, and the project manager briefed us on everything we needed to know.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Hiteshi’s automation did exactly what it was meant to do: make the process easier for the AI agent. We no longer needed to process some incoming orders from clients. Moreover, the AI chatbot on the website made it easier for new or existing clients to make requests, place new orders, or get support. Overall, the project was a significant success.

After the automation was delivered, we encountered a few software issues. We reached out to Hiteshi, and they fixed the bugs in two days. We used Jira and Trello as our project management tools and communicated via LinkedIn.

Hiteshi successfully completed the project. We used to get complaints from our previous clients about how laggy the app was and how the checkout wasn’t functioning well. Hiteshi fixed that, and it started working well. Their work quality met our expectations.

Hiteshi delivered work on time. The project manager was very communicative throughout the process. Whenever we needed something done, she was the one we got in contact with. We had no problems communicating with the developers. They used a wide range of communication tools, mainly Gmail. For project management, they used HubSpot, Trello, and Jira.

Their biggest strength was communication. Throughout the project, there were many times when we needed to make changes, and Hiteshi's project manager was very communicative, which helped the project a lot.

We could assign people to other productive tasks, so they didn't need to do calls, messages, and reminders, and had time to focus on different assignments. Hiteshi's work met our expectations and filled the gap we wanted it to fill.

Hiteshi's project management was excellent. The team used Jira for project management, and we spoke to the developers on a group chat we created on WhatsApp.

AI automation fixed the gap we always wanted to fix in our company and made our work faster. Instead of trying to reach our leads or active clients, the AI automation sent a welcome message to new leads and a scheduled message to existing clients, saving time and resources.

How did Hiteshi perform from a project management standpoint?

Apart from the two developers, there was another team member we always got in touch with anytime we needed to pass any information to them. They were very responsive, and within 30 minutes to an hour, they got back to us and addressed whatever issue we wanted them to know.

We used Jira as a project management tool. We started communicating on LinkedIn, but we continued on Gmail.

Hiteshi’s professionalism and knowledge of the service were impressive. They understood the tasks given to them and did the perfect job.
