I’m the acting CEO of RH CONSTRUCTION.

What challenge were you trying to address with Hiteshi?
I hired Hiteshi for web and mobile app development services.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Hiteshi built a custom website and mobile app from scratch. We previously had a WordPress website, but it wasn’t responsive, so we trashed it and moved our domain to a new one that Hiteshi built from scratch using Wix. Hiteshi integrated AI into the app and website. New users could type in their request to the AI chatbot, which would make the necessary steps to contact us or send an automated message to the person for continuous work.
What is the team composition?
We worked with two developers from Hiteshi. We also had a point of contact when we first started the project.
How did you come to work with Hiteshi?
We were looking for a company to develop our mobile app and website. We did our research and found Hiteshi on Clutch. We reached out to them, and they dedicated two developers to the project.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent around $7,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from February–June 2025.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We now have a new website. The previous website lagged and had many crashes and bugs. The AI features made it easier to contact customers by sending a text message; we no longer had to contact the customer ourselves.
How did Hiteshi perform from a project management standpoint?
Hiteshi met deadlines and stayed on budget. We used Jira to communicate.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their responsiveness was impressive. They responded quickly.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there weren’t any.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Give them everything they ask for, and they’ll do their best work.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our website looked better thanks to Hiteshi's work, and the team added features like the AI chatbot. Users could use the AI chatbot to communicate and send messages before contacting our customer service. I tested the website, and it was good and made our work easier.
How did Hiteshi perform from a project management standpoint?
Hiteshi updated us weekly on the project's progress. The team was responsive and consistently replied within a few minutes to an hour. We used Slack, Jira, and Google Meet.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Every time we communicated with Hiteshi, they replied quickly. The team was fast and responsive.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I can't think of anything Hiteshi can improve on.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Listen to Hiteshi's instructions and give them everything to work with. After we contacted them and told them what we wanted, they gave us a few suggestions.
