BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of the Real Estate Executive Council.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Hiteshi?
We wanted to develop AI solutions for our company.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Hiteshi developed custom software for us. AI has been a huge part, so they did a few AI automations to earn the members’ agreement, streamline event management, and leverage AI. They created a custom member portal where all the members could create profiles, join groups, and access exclusive resources like industry reports from our company. They also created an AI matchmaking tool and an event management system tool. Additionally, they made a mobile app, which was a lightweight version of the portal with a dashboard and an analytical dashboard.
What is the team composition?
We worked with three teammates: our main point of contact and two developers.
How did you come to work with Hiteshi?
We found them through a Google search, got their Clutch profile, and then got access to them. We contacted many other developers, but they charged too much. They had good pricing, so we went with them.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent $10,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from December 2024–April 2025.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The team launched the software in April, and it saved us a lot of time. It allows us to focus on creating high-value content, and our administrative work was reduced by 60%. That's a great success. The quality of their work was excellent for the price we paid.
How did Hiteshi perform from a project management standpoint?
The project was supposed to be six months, but it was only four and a half months. We used Slack and Google Meet for communication.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Hiteshi's pricing was budget-friendly, and the service they delivered was excellent. We weren't expecting that kind of service depending on the payments. But it was excellent.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could have provided a manual or instructions for the software. Our technical team had some trouble using the software because it was something they hadn’t seen before.

Hiteshi developed a mobile app for a real estate brokerage firm. They built interactive property listings, created a local insights module, implemented a document hub, and integrated a custom CRM platform.
Hiteshi's work helped the client's agents spend 30% less time on administrative tasks, with one agent managing 10 concurrent transactions without missing deadlines. The end clients also praised the app's filters and lease comparison tool, which gave them a competitive edge over a national firm.
The client submitted this review online.
BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and position.
I am the Real Estate Agent of Terrace Real Estate Company
Describe what your company does in a single sentence.
The Terrace Real Estate Company is a local and independently owned real estate brokerage bound together by experienced agents and staff who live and are personally invested in Terrace and the surrounding region.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What specific goals or objectives did you hire Hiteshi to accomplish?
We wanted to transition from traditional, paper-heavy processes to a digital-first approach. Our agents were juggling multiple tools for listings, client communication, and contract management, leading to inefficiencies and missed opportunities. A unified mobile app and custom software would allow clients to explore properties, access financial/inspection resources, and connect with agents seamlessly.
As a hyper-local brokerage, we needed technology that reflected our intimate knowledge of Terrace. For example, we wanted features like neighborhood-specific guides (e.g., school districts, local businesses) embedded in the app to highlight our expertise and give clients a reason to choose us over national chains.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
Hiteshi delivered a custom mobile app and integrated CRM platform tailored to our niche needs:
Mobile App Features:
Interactive Property Listings: High-resolution images, 360° virtual tours (e.g., a client in Vancouver remotely "walked through" a lakeside cabin in Terrace before scheduling an in-person visit).
Local Insights Module: Curated guides on community amenities, seasonal events, and market trends (e.g., a first-time buyer used this to compare family-friendly neighborhoods).
Document Hub: Secure uploads for contracts, inspection reports, and financing pre-approvals, reducing email clutter.
Custom Software:
Agent CRM: Unified dashboard tracking client interactions, offer deadlines, and automated reminders (e.g., flagged a delayed inspection report, preventing a stalled commercial lease negotiation).
Client Portal: Personalized dashboards for tracking property searches and scheduling consultations.
Third-Party Integrations: APIs linked to local inspection services and insurance providers, streamlining post-offer workflows.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Client Retention Boost: A family relocating to Terrace for work used the app to shortlist properties aligned with their commute needs. They later praised how the app’s "Local Schools" filter helped them secure a home near their preferred district within a week.
Efficiency Gains: Agents reported spending 30% less time on administrative tasks, redirecting efforts to client meetings. For instance, during a peak spring season, one agent managed 10 concurrent transactions without missed deadlines, attributing this to the CRM’s automated task alerts.
Competitive Edge: A commercial client chose us over a national firm after being impressed by the app’s lease comparison tool, which visualized ROI metrics for retail spaces
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Hiteshi’s project management stood out for its transparency and adaptability. They used a phased approach:
Weekly Sprints with Demo Check-Ins: Every Friday, their team showcased updates, like refining the virtual tour feature after we noted clients found the initial loading time too slow.
Responsive to Feedback: When our agents requested a last-minute addition of a "Favorites" folder in the app for clients to save properties, Hiteshi prioritized it without delaying the launch.
On-Time Delivery: Despite a tight 6-month timeline, all core features were delivered as promised. Post-launch, they provided a 2-week stabilization period to address minor bugs, like fixing a calendar sync issue within 48 hours.
What was your primary form of communication with Hiteshi?
Virtual Meeting
Email or Messaging App
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Hiteshi’s deep industry insight was unparalleled. During discovery, their team shadowed our agents for a day to understand pain points, leading to innovations like:
Offline Mode: Recognizing poor cell service in rural Terrace areas, the app allows clients to download property details and maps for offline access. A buyer exploring remote acreage used this to review listings mid-hike.
Community-Centric Design: They incorporated a "Local Stories" section where residents share experiences (e.g., a video testimonial from a family who bought a heritage home through us went viral, driving app downloads).
Are there any areas for improvement or something Hiteshi could have done differently?
nitial CRM training for our less tech-savvy agents was concise but could have included role-specific simulations. For example, a commercial agent needed extra help setting up lease-expiry alerts.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I'm the CEO of Two Points Logistics Inc, a transportation and logistics company in Canada. We deal with transportation and moving stuff from one place to another, with freight or trucks.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Hiteshi?
We used to run our business through manual operations, which our associates suggested was an old way of doing things. As a result, we partnered with Hiteshi to create a mobile app and custom software for our services, such as tracking shipments, communicating with drivers, real-time visibility, and other problems.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Hiteshi provided a comprehensive mobile app across all platforms, including iOS, Android, and Windows. They started with an in-depth consultation with the company. The app allowed our drivers to communicate in real time, track shipments, and access vital route information from the computer to the smartphone or PC. Our project manager provided documentation for the project; I wasn't much involved in the project; I delegated the projects to the project manager; he was the one running things, and he kept giving me updates about the project flow. They also worked on the UX/UI design. There's also a web version of the app, but it's not fully functional. So, we focused on the mobile app version. I think we may need something like a web app in the future.
What is the team composition?
We worked with four people, including their CEO, who was controlling the operations, two developers, and another teammate I spoke to.
How did you come to work with Hiteshi?
We found them on Clutch and researched their profile. We saw that they were fit for the project and contacted them. We liked to give projects to people around the area, so we tried to find Indian or Pakistani developers because we thought they were the best to run the project. We previously had someone from the UK who was quite efficient but not as good as the developers we had. When we had this mobile app in mind, our first instinct was to contact someone from India. We made our search and found their Clutch profile. Their pricing was good for our budget compared to other firms.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent roughly $7,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from September–December 2024.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
According to the statistics that the project manager gave me, we faced a lot of problems when we were running things manually. For instance, we had to track our shipments on the books manually. There was also inconsistent communication with drivers. Since we started this project, there were no issues like that. Moreover, there were fewer support tickets issued by our customers on our website; around the start of this year, there was a week that we only had four support complaints from our customers. We could track our shipments digitally and communicate with our drivers consistently because all the apps are available in the comfort of their phones. We received fewer complaints from our customers.
We just started using the app full-scale at the beginning of the year. As time passes, we can note more results and feedback. If there’s anything I need to point out, I’ll let you know. We experienced a bug once, but it was quickly fixed. The team was good at fixing and communicating. Anytime we had an issue, question, or problem running the app, they attended quickly.
How did Hiteshi perform from a project management standpoint?
They were good at project management and provided regular updates whenever adjustments or concerns were needed. I spoke to another teammate who was very quick to respond whenever I needed a change or adjustment. Sometimes, I messaged her outside of business hours, and she replied. We used Zoom to make calls and emails or Slack.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They didn’t provide a generic solution. Instead, they tailored the solution to our specific needs. It was designed specifically for our logistics company, which ran a slightly different kind of logistics than other companies. They demonstrated a high level of professionalism for the price. We contacted a few developers, and they were the second least expensive. Other developers gave us a higher budget. I wasn’t expecting that level of professionalism for the price and budget we gave them.
At that time, we were a little bit short on budget, but I was happy that they delivered. Their willingness to communicate and make adjustments instantly was amazing. They liked to make adjustments whenever we requested them.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could have offered more launch analytics or insights after the project. The only analytics they gave us was during the project. After the project was launched, they stopped giving analytics. However, we had no problems with the analytics. They weren’t needed, but I would have liked them to be offered.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be very direct when working with them. Be very direct with your requirements and questions. If you can be direct with your questions, they can go to the corners and deliver the best results for you. Be ready to communicate with them.

We needed help with AI and custom software development.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Hiteshi developed automation and workflow software for our real estate management project. The overall goal was to improve the efficiency of workers with advanced AI. Hiteshi integrated AI technology into the software. The team used Java and Python. The software had database management and a live chatbot response feature.
What is the team composition?
We worked with one developer and a project manager from Hiteshi. We communicated with the team through the project manager.
How did you come to work with Hiteshi?
We found Hiteshi on Clutch. We researched for software developers, and Hiteshi was one of the companies displayed. We chose quite a few of them, but ultimately, we decided to go with Hiteshi because of the negotiation process, pricing, and introduction they gave.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent $4,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from February to June 2025.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We executed manually most of the tasks that Hiteshi's software automated. The team's solution allowed people to work more productively. For example, we didn't process database management manually; AI did it. New clients could use our live chatbot to make support calls, place bids, and more. We saved roughly five hours per worker.
Hiteshi met our expectations. We'd never done a project like this, and it was our first time. The team delivered good quality.
How did Hiteshi perform from a project management standpoint?
We didn't have deadlines for the project; we were open to whenever Hiteshi could get it done. Nonetheless, communication with our project manager was very smooth throughout everything. We used Trello, email for discussions, Google Docs, and Microsoft Excel.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Hiteshi's biggest strength was their feedback. Even when we asked for updates on the project, the team consistently sent input on what they'd done.
Are there any areas they could improve?
The assignment could've been much better if Hiteshi had added two developers. They had just one developer, and while he got the job done, it would've been better with two developers.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I'm the CEO and executive board member at NA, a real estate development and property management company.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Hiteshi?
We needed someone to develop a mobile application.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
We brought Hiteshi in to develop and design our mobile application. We already had a mobile app, but it wasn't functional. The team revamped our old mobile app and built a new one based on the UX/UI of the previous one. Hiteshi also handled the design and development of the app, which works on iOS and Android.
As a real estate development and property management company, Hiteshi built listing spaces in the app for us to showcase new properties. They also built a chat feature where new clients could send a message to our virtual secretaries. The team also implemented a contact page where users could get all our information. Hiteshi leveraged Python to develop our app.
What is the team composition?
We worked with two developers from Hiteshi. The development didn't take long since they were already familiar with our app.
How did you come to work with Hiteshi?
We found Hiteshi on Upwork. The team developed a website for us three years ago. When we needed a mobile app, we went to them.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent $3,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from May to July 2025.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We launched our app a week ago, so we don't have any metrics yet. We haven't discarded our previous solution, and we're getting ready to use our new app on a full scale.
How did Hiteshi perform from a project management standpoint?
Hiteshi met the deadlines we agreed on at the start of the project. We used Trello for project management and communicated through Google Meet and Gmail.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We worked with Hiteshi on two projects and were impressed with their professionalism. The team knew what they were doing, and they were good at it.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I can't think of anything they can improve on.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Let Hiteshi take charge of the project cooperatively. We let Hiteshi handle 100% of the project, rather than a 50-50 approach.
