What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We prevoiusly had no google profile in maps or search. They set up our GMB profile, and opitmized our website for SEO. We're now getting people visiting our website from organic search and we can see that they're engaging with the menu and directions.

I’m the owner and manager of The Beestro Bangkok, a restaurant & cafe in Bangkok,Thailand.

For what projects/services did your company hire Highly Persuasive?

I was looking to design a logo and brand identity for our restaurant & cafe in Bangkok. We needed a partner to help us organize and present our vision.

What were your goals for this project?

The goals of this project were to develop and present a new brand identity for The Beestro, including logo, identity, in-store signage, a brand guidelines book, custom lettering, and illustrations.

How did you select this vendor?

We wanted a local vendor in Bangkok. We were recommended Highly Persuasive by a colleague who worked with them on a previous website design project.

They completed a logo, corporate identity, menu design, signage, flyers, flags and some promotional merch like shirts and coffee mugs.

What was the team composition?

We typically worked with our account manager, but we also regularly had contact with the managing director and the lead designer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The artwork is based on a Manchester football club, so in terms of art direction they got it right. We like the color scheme and also the bistro type of look and feel.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We communicated via email and phone. Quick to respond.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We thought the final designs were really cool but also that the team gave us a lot of great ideas for marketing and advertising to get people in the door.
