Garlic Agency delivered on time. Garlic being a small organization sometimes was challenging with a big project like this, but even during holidays they were responsive. Working with Notion helped to keep oversight. Time-sensitive and complex projects were sometimes a challenge to align on (in which case email conversation is not preferred).

One person having oversight of all our designs makes the designs look very coherent.

At some points Garlic would start designing when we were had indicated to wait for additional information, and had to change the design again after the additional infomation was available.

Jonathan with Garlic Agency has led and created all graphic design deliverables for Breast Cancer Action's 2022 and 2023 Drawing the Connections events. This includes logos, postcards, social media templates, images, web design elements including video overlays, and slideshow templates. He also created all of graphic design components for our 2023 Billie Garden Loulan Memorial Benefit.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In 2022 and 2023, Jonathan volunteered as the graphic designer for Breast Cancer Action's annual fundraiser, Drawing the Connections. Jonathan created all deliverables for the events - including event logos, social media templates, featured images, and web design elements. 

This was a departure from previous years, where we had contracted with individual graphic designers for individual deliverables, because we were seeking greater consistency and cohesiveness across the different types of design going forward. Jonathan's went above and beyond to do so, and his incredibly crisp and clean style, combined with superb design skills completely elevated the aesthetics of this event.

His design work helped transform the look of this event from one of a small, emerging, grassroots fundraiser to one that is now more fully professional and reinvigorated, and hopefully more enticing to our community members. His work is stellar and I highly recommend working with them!

Jonathan is very responsive and completes 100% of his work by agreed upon deadlines, if not earlier. It often felt as if he was able to anticipate our team's needs and proactively reach out to ensure each deliverable was finalized by the date we needed it.
