One of the most measurable successes of the project was the smooth website migration. The biggest win in this area was the improved ranking of articles that, for a long time on the previous site, were unable to break into the TOP 10 search results. This demonstrated that the proper optimization of the new website had a very positive impact on how Google perceives the new domain. As a result, we saw a 216% increase in visibility in the TOP 3 positions. In addition to this, the project led to a significant increase in organic traffic and user engagement on the e-commerce pharmacy platform, confirming the effectiveness of the implemented SEO and content strategies.

Yes, the project management was very effective. Harbingers delivered all elements on time and maintained excellent communication throughout the collaboration. The scope of work covered end-to-end SEO and SEM activities, plus ongoing website development support. Harbingers ran technical SEO audits and optimizations (including indexation checks, redirects, URL structure, 4xx/5xx errors, meta tags, headings, internal linking, and key performance-related elements) and provided clear recommendations and implementations to improve search visibility. 
In parallel, they worked on content optimization—refining the site structure, aligning pages with user intent, improving service-page copy, strengthening headlines and CTAs, and adding conversion-supporting elements to increase trust and enquiries. A major part of the cooperation was content marketing: building a topic plan and publishing schedule and writing SEO-driven blog articles to grow brand awareness and capture long-tail organic traffic. 
Harbingers also supported the website migration (SEO risk control, redirect mapping, validation of critical pages, and post-launch monitoring) to minimize ranking drops and protect existing results. On the SEM side, they managed and optimized paid campaigns focused on patient acquisition, testing messaging and targeting to increase leads and visits.

The key outcomes included a more structured and SEO-friendly website, better-quality content aligned with patient needs, strong guidance on implementation decisions, and improved control over visibility after technical changes (including migration). 
SEO and content efforts contributed to more qualified organic traffic, while SEM supported faster lead generation and appointment enquiries. Overall, the work helped increase SmileClinic’s brand awareness in Poland and supported international reach, with a consistent focus on driving more visits and bookings.

The measurable results that demonstrated progress included: an increase in online-driven enquiries and bookings (calls/forms), growth in organic traffic to key service pages, and improved Google visibility (more keywords ranking in Top 10/Top 3). We also saw stronger engagement metrics (longer time on site, more pages per session, lower bounce rate) and better SEM performance (more leads with a more efficient cost per acquisition). 
Another tangible outcome was a smooth website migration with minimal visibility loss, supported by correct redirects and post-launch monitoring.

Their project management was structured and reliable. We worked in a clear cadence with regular check-ins, a forward-looking action plan, and priorities tied to business goals (more visits/leads, higher visibility, and stronger brand awareness). Communication was fast and to the point—whenever urgent topics came up (e.g., implementation issues or migration-related tasks), they reacted quickly, proposing solutions and clearly explaining risks and recommended steps.

Deliverables and recommendations were provided on time. If anything depended on technical work or approvals on our side, they flagged it early and adjusted the timeline accordingly.
