What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Sales / Revenue double over an 18 month period.  Unheard of.  Was the number one growing business in the nation.  
When Happy Hub was able to help us to have a consistent and positive message to the Market, everyone won.  Our clients, our Employees and all stakeholders.  

New roles and upward mobility for our teammembers.  

Established a name in the market and moved our NPS scored from 70-86%.

90 percent of our teammembers hit their KPI's. 

Established a number of new processes that allowed us to use the Marketing Paybook to manage our budget throughout the year.

Happy Hub is leading our in digital marketing.  Every process they put in place was measured and all of our decisions became "Data driven decsions" because the marketing was so effective.

No.  Another thing I Love about Happy Hub.  They do incredible work internally.  They also have partnerships with "best in class" providers that they have partnered with for years.  
we would get great pricing and service through our relationship with Happy Hub.  They made it seamless and we were always best in class.

Happy Hub also supported us with paid social strategy and execution, helping to amplify our message across platforms. Thanks to their efforts, we’ve grown our user base from just 1,500 to over 6,000 in only three months.
