I work for a cryptocurrency exchange. I am a Blockchain developer in it.

For what projects/services did your company hire Hacken?

We hired Hacken for providing smart contracts security audits in Ethereum.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goals were to discover vulnerabilities in smart contracts logic and get security recommendations.

How did you select Hacken?

We reviewed a couple of offers and selected Hacken by price/time/quality metrics.

Hacken performed manual and automatic source code review of our smart contracts.

What was the team composition?

I was the only one in charge of the blockchain and smart-contracts part of the work.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have received a file with report where each contract and contracts' functions had a propose description, input/output parameters, etc. It described the overall rating and found vulnerabilities.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was great. We communicated and started the project very fast.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their brilliant communication skills and their ability to get work done according to deadlines were impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We have argued about the expected scope of work from Hacken. In the end, we received one possible vulnerability in the report, that didn't actually exsist, because of it. The coordination of the scope of work should be done more accurately.

As a smart travel provider, we offer our customers wide range of products: flights, train and bus journeys, hotels, citybreaks, car rental, and other travel- and leisure-related services.

We ordered bug bounty program as a service to make sure our websites are securely configured.

What were your goals for this project?

The main goal was to check the website security.

We had several conversations with the same Companies but Hackenproof met our main goals and budgets.

Tickets Travel Network has more than 30 websites in different countries. The main goal of bug bounty program is to improve level of IT security.

Only Team Leads are involved at this project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are highly satisfied regarding results of the program. Also we're satisfied in communication with Hackenproof team. Hackenproof ethical hackers showed us gap's in the security and business logic. All gaps were fixed and double checked.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Highly effective. We receive a quick response from HackenProof Team each time we receive a ticket with bug.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

From my point of view, HackenProof business idea is really great. They help businesses holding an IT security in a proper level.
