If a subscription was canceled or a payment had failed, we wanted to receive an email alert with the patient’s name, email, and phone number. We also needed the corresponding DrChrono prescription to be canceled. We wanted the patient’s flag in DrChrono to be canceled, basically removing the subscriber from the subscription. The subscription canceled with the date was entered for that particular patient. A & H Solutions also auto-uploaded the form submissions in PDF format to DrChrono’s patient chart. The team also set up a 45-day SMS and email follow-up on subscribers who viewed the initial $400 offer.
