We hired them to build an online presence for our business through our website and other online accounts.

What was the scope of their involvement?

A & H Solutions built our daycare website and brought us on Google Maps and other social media accounts for local searchability. They also provided ongoing support for a couple of months.

They were referred to me and were close to my geographic location.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from November–December 2024.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We got more leads through online forms, and our daycare is full now. We received 30–40 new leads or enrollments per year as a direct result of the website and online presence improvements. Our daycare was new with 0 children initially, so having an online presence in the local city definitely helped.

How did A & H Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

They delivered on time. We had in-person meetings and communicated via email and a messaging app.

What did you find most impressive about them?

A & H Solutions delivered high-quality work and understood the requirements perfectly.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing they could have done better.

I'm the founder of SmartVet AI, a veterinarian-built tool that instantly interprets lab work, suggests next diagnostic steps, and generates clear client explanations so users can think faster, reduce cognitive load, and move through their day with more confidence.

We needed help adding features to an existing SaaS platform.

What was the scope of their involvement?

SmartVet AI has a subscription program for individual veterinarians. A & H Solutions expanded the program to clinics, offering multiple users under the same subscription. The team also made some improvements to the platform's functionality, making reports easier to transfer into medical records.

Thanks to A & H Solutions' work, we now have a program that we can market to a broader audience, which has resulted in more revenue per subscription.
