GrowthExpertz managed our keyword strategy for one of our studio companies. They developed an overall plan for how to get us to rank for certain keywords and we executed it. They advised us on web-based elements.

We had a specific keyword ranking metric, and GrowthExpertz managed to increase our average rank in only a month, which was great.

Focus on implementation. After Andrew gives you whatever you need, make sure you have the ability to execute it in a timely manner. If you execute what GrowthExpertz tells you to, you’ll see results.

We wanted to increase the number of daily users on our site. We specifically wanted to improve the number of free daily users, so people who come to us through Google searches.

GrowthExpertz conducted an SEO analysis of our website and then put together a report. The team documented an SEO plan to improve our performance. They recommended changes to our website, including page layouts and content.

We executed their plan and exceeded our goals. They helped us to significantly increase the number of daily visitors. We were ecstatic about their work.

This is my second startup. However, I’ve never launched a product with a marketing strategy before. I was looking for help with the launch process.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They have a launch check-lists that includes creating an online presence, listing ourselves on reviews platforms, conducting influencer outreach, reaching out to journalists, and other top-of-funnel activities.

While they did most of the creative work, I decided to make my own product videos. They definitely have the capabilities of handling that level of creative work, though.

I worked directly with one point of contact. There were a few subcontractors included for one-off project components as well.

I found them through a friend in my network. After deciding to make this SaaS its own product instead of a feature within another solution, I reached out to them based on my early conversations with him. They were enthusiastic about the product, so we hired them.

We worked together from Septemeber 2019–January 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

In our first month, we spent $5,000 in ads and received $10,000 in recurring revenue. Additionally, he got our product discussed in Forbes in the first week of our partnership. The results have been so impressive throughout this entire process. Based on the revenue and engagement we were seeing, we could tell the product was a huge success.  

How did GrowthExpertz perform from a project management standpoint?

We were constantly in contact over email. It felt like he was a full-time employee for the duration of our engagement. He was really tied to our work. Their company exceeded our expectations with their enthusiasm and hard work. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

His ability to bring high levels of enthusiasm and commitment to the product was very impressive. He treated the project with a sense of ownership and responsibility. It’s rare to have a contractor with that level of buy-in.

While our personal styles can be a bit different, it was fantastic working with him from start to finish.

Have a clear idea of what you need before starting the relationship. He can execute from there.
