We stagnated in our SEO and needed help optimizing our approach to drive better results.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, we hired Growth Partners Media to outsource organic link building. The goal was to increase traffic to our website, particularly on the pages we built links for. Later on, our partnership with Growth Partners Media extended to a consulting partnership in which they helped us optimize our web and blog to improve traffic generation for converting content. 
Growth Partners Media has delivered a comprehensive SEO audit and growth opportunities report which has been the starting point of our partnership. From there on, we've received lots of strategic and tactical guidance for our SEO team (included quick wins as well as a large blog audit), and much hands-on help with various SEO tasks.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen some success with the link building project, resulting in strong positioning for some strategic keywords. These are still ranking well one year later. During the time of the consulting work, we’ve seen a significant traffic (+118% quarter-over-quarter) jump to our blog, driven by the initial changes Growth Partners Media has recommended post their SEO audit.

Growth Partners Media has performed very well. Their team is very communicative on Slack, always highlighting what they’re working on and communicating timelines and roadblocks very well. They’ve delivered mostly on time.Our primary forms of communication have been virtual meetings and emails or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Growth Partners Media’s communication and project management have been very good. The quality of their deliverables has also been strong. They’ve provided a lot of recommendations in the form of reports. These have been super well-structured, with clear logic and directly associated next steps.Moreover, the quantity of their work has been outstanding. I’ve been impressed by the amount of hands-on work they’ve delivered, as we’re short of capacities to implement all the takeaways ourselves. We’ve greatly appreciated this.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Looking back, not all the initiatives we’ve worked on have had the same impact. We could have potentially shifted some of our focus to have an even greater impact. Overall, though, we’ve been really happy with the partnership.

We’ve worked with Ahmad and his team over the last few years, with a monthly backlinking package. This included different tactics including link insertions and guest posting.

Our strategies changed over the years, depending on business priorities. This included obtaining backlinks to new content and themes, a particular product area, or more recently a data-led PR campaign.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

During the first year I joined the team and worked with GPM we saw our organic blog traffic grow by 172%, with these backlinking efforts contributing to this success.

I have peace of mind knowing that their work is ticking away in the background and they’ll be delivering on time each month. Their async processes are really helpful — with updates via Loom, emails, PDF reports, and a very lean approach to meetings.

And, they are also keen to add value beyond our current package — they are consistently suggesting new ways to help their clients remain relevant in the space, sharing wider industry insights, exploring areas such as Reddit or putting an onus on brand mentions.

I loved the efficiency of the async work, but would have loved an occasional face to face meeting to further build the relationship!

Growth Partners Media supported us during the launch of our SaaS platform, wecantrack. Their focus was on outreach, SEO, and building organic traffic through content and partnerships.

The Challenge:
We needed to reach affiliate marketers, a group that’s difficult to target through normal channels like LinkedIn. We were looking for a quality-driven partner with a long-term organic growth strategy.

The Approach & Experience:
The GPM team impressed us with their creativity and strong network across B2B and SaaS communities. They were active in multiple marketing communities, which gave them valuable reach and credibility. Communication was fast and professional throughout.

We saw our first-page keyword rankings grow from 1,314 to over 3,200, and monthly organic traffic increased from 5,300 to more than 8,200. Even years after the campaign, our website still receives consistent traffic thanks to the foundation they helped build.

Within the first month, we saw noticeable ranking improvements for several of our key SaaS-related keywords. Over time, Growth Partners Media consistently delivered backlinks from high-authority domains (average DR 70–90), which directly contributed to increased organic visibility and referral traffic.

Our link acquisition velocity and overall domain authority improved significantly compared to our previous agency. The quality and relevance of placements also led to stronger topical authority in our niche, supporting ongoing growth in organic signups and inbound leads.

Project management was excellent. Clear, proactive, and efficient.

After the initial onboarding, everything ran smoothly with minimal input from our side. The team delivered monthly reports on time, every time, and was quick to respond to any questions or updates.

Communication was mostly through email, and responses were always detailed and fast. We especially appreciated their proactive approach. They didn’t just wait for feedback. They kept us informed about progress, new placements, and performance insights.

Overall, it felt like working with an in-house SEO team that genuinely cared about results.

What impressed me most was how hands-off the entire process was. Their promise that we “wouldn’t have to lift a finger” actually turned out to be true. Once we completed onboarding, everything ran automatically.

They combined speed, proactivity, and genuine care for quality, something rare in link building agencies. Every link was highly relevant, every report was detailed, and communication was always fast and professional. It felt like working with a true partner rather than a vendor.

Special mention to Tamara for her precise reporting and Ahmad for running such a reliable, high-standard operation.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Growth Partners Media could have done differently?

Honestly, there isn’t much to criticize. The process was smooth and results came quickly. If anything, I’d suggest adding an optional strategy call every few months to review progress and plan future priorities together but that’s more of a nice-to-have than a necessity. I prefer email async approach.

Overall, the experience has been excellent, fast delivery, strong communication, and consistent quality.
