We hired Griffin Marketing to take over our Google Ads account and do for us what we could not do. Initially, we had an idea of how we wanted to go about driving more traffic, specific keywords, budget and minor tweaks like Geo-location, etc. From the very beginning, Matt the CEO let us know how the pros do it and that is to understand and start with strategy. We learned that in order to maximize budget, you must first dial in the desired metrics, optimize your bid, and then and only then can you expand the budget. Griffin taught us that you need to set a foundation of your capabilities for performance before you throw more money into the machine. This was understood immediately and, personally, changed my entire perspective. Actually, it blew my mind and made me wonder how long I would've continued doing Ads the way that I was. It's been a few months since then and I can say with confidence that Griffin is the best marketing company that we have had the pleasure of hiring. The company we hired previously talked a good game but failed to deliver on their proposed "milestones". Our campaigns are optimized and efficient for the first time. We started with a cost per click that was through the roof and that has come down drastically to about 40 cents. Our CTR has improved over 40%... Recently, under all conversions, we've had an 8% increase with 0% increase in budget, which shows exactly what Griffin is doing for our business. They never promised a certain number of sales or traffic, they promised to get surgical and with their expertise, they promised an efficient Google ads account that grows in successful campaigns, month over month and that is exactly what they did. Griffin has been there the entire time keeping us informed and educated on wins and losses, failed experiments and ultra-successful wins. We don't just run Google ads now, we understand where we are and where we've come from and the trends are moving in a positive direction, not to mention an influx of store calls, form fills and sweet, sweet foot traffic. They've made Google Ads Great Again, GAGA! Not only are we pleased with Griffin and their performance, their communication and presentation of information is second to none, and we are extremely satisfied with their stellar work and professionalism. Griffin not only delivered objectives timely, they kept us informed even when there were times that something would take a little bit longer which is what I would expect my team to do. All of our expectations, requests, gripes etc. were met with understanding, clear and informative guidance, and swift execution. They stressed from the beginning we are the experts in what our business needs and they are the experts at getting google to respond favorably to our requests but only if we respect what it takes for them to uncover howexactly to make the two cohesive. Sometimes this takes more time, sometimes it is adjustments with specific things and sometimes it is experimenting with a new campaign. Trust was necessssary in this and I am glad that I trusted Griffin to get the job done the way that they know how.

In our search to find a partnership, we found that most digital ad agencies can't wrap their minds around how to run a B2B ad campaign. As soon as we met with Griffin Marketing there was an immediate understanding of our strategy and target market.

The actual execution of the campaigns has been flawless, but there have been a few times when we have to pare down the list of recommendations that they suggest that aren't a perfect fit. The recommendations include some really insightful items, but also some that we have to nix. I'm sure that the longer this partnership goes on, the more they will continue to learn the nuances of our niche business.
