We introduced Penny Skateboards to Thailand in 2017, bringing the Australian brand to a niche market through select offline retailers. Growth was gradual at first, prompting us to collaborate with Grey Alchemy to reposition Penny as a lifestyle brand and expand its reach.

Our goals were to strengthen the brand’s digital presence, launch an e-commerce platform, and drive sales both online and in physical stores.

Grey Alchemy developed high-impact visual content for the Thai market, built a Shopify-powered online store, and executed strategic advertising campaigns across Meta and Google. Utilizing eye-catching motion graphics and innovative ad formats—such as Meta Instant Experience, Collection Ads, Instagram Shopping, as well as Google Shopping and Search Ads—they successfully boosted traffic and conversions.

Influencer marketing played a key role in reshaping Penny’s brand perception, increasing visibility, and fostering a vibrant online community through authentic engagement.
