I am the Founder of Blueblack, a virtual wallet for the exclusive use between selected wholesale clothing businesses and merchants in the commercial district in Buenos Aires.

We needed an MVP for our project that was to create a virtual wallet mobile app to be used both on iOS & Android devices, alongside with a customized server on the backend and a web-based administration panel. We also needed UX/UI services to advise in branding,logo creation and app layout.

To create an exclusive e-wallet attracting and bridging wholesale shops and factories with merchants who come from all over Argentina to buy for their businesses.

As soon as I hired Greelow we did a job they call "discovery" to understand the business model. We made some adjustments on it and after building the designs we started the development of the app for iOS.

We had regular meetings showing progress, and about halfway, the Android app was incorporated (honestly, I didn't give it too much importance). We are finally going into production right now, with a lot of enthusiasm!

Since the beginning of the project we have managed a fluid and cordial dialogue with the account manager. In the different stages a designer, a project manager, a tester and the team of programmers appeared.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have 20 beta testers using the app that love it, and we are training the cashiers of the stores.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

As I mentioned before, from the beginning we had fluid communication with the account manager. I have worked with other companies in the past where you are delegated direct contact with programmers, which is sometimes a problem. I am very happy to have worked with Jonathan throughout the process, I felt very accompanied and advised.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

At first I was nervous because I never paid a high amount of money before for these services. But once we got passed that step they made me feel very comfortable about the decision I made to hire them.

Their attention towards the client during the project exceeded my expectations. I'm very satisfied with the design of the app, and the support.

Also their recommendations on resolving certain obstacles was great. They also gave me recommendations and guided me to choose the right people to help me with my marketing strategies.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Everything was great, I don't have anything to say here. Keep it up and I will be recommending them. Also planning other business with them.

Every couple of weeks we have code updates. Any issues with those code updates have been few and FAR between. Greelow addressed several long-sought UI and Backend issues and improvements since working with them.

Very effective. I talk with the lead developer every day, and we work well together.

I was impressed by their flexibility and willingness to adjust to our needs. We were impressed with their leadership and client service. They were also results-oriented, creative, personable, and insightful. Prototype design help us to understand the progress of the work.

None, as they met or exceeded our expectations each step of the way.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed a brand website and mobile app to generate online traffic to inform our customers with updates and new services/products. Also we wanted to have an integrated ecommerce section so that the customers can add products to their carts and purchase online.

We also needed an App for different purposes:

• For our inhouse company utilization so that the employees can facilitate working processes and;
• For our clients who want to use the app which is the web embedded into the app allowing the clients to do everything on the web accommodated via “responsive” features for their smartphones, tablets, etc.

We had a detailed meeting with the team leader and business manager. They came up with a detailed estimation of the scope of the project development with a basic prototype and it looked good.

Due to our needs, we started with Website development and once finished, moved on to complete the mobile application.

Yes, our site gets many visits per day and the online store is very successful. Also the app has been very successful in the backend of our business.

Our employees use it every day facilitating the business operations, such as logistics, administration, etc. The embedded app for the customers has also been very successful.

The workflow was very good. We had constant contact with the project manager and team leader via slack and email.

Video calls were also held via meets when presenting results. They answered relatively quickly and they have a very strong and clear work methodology. I love to work with them!

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They really impressed me from day one with the professional and clear work ethics and methodologies that they dominate.

Also, the estimation was very well detailed and on every occasion a problem appeared I was always notified. Not many businesses can do what they have to offer.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We had direct communication via slack and email… maybe whatsapp/skype would have been a little easier but that is a personal opinion. Great job!

After launching our website, we have had a big increase in the past year of availability requests for our services that came through our website forms. Our site traffic and clicks have increased a lot. We are very happy with our site.

They were very in line with estimation and project development and are very flexible. Always attentive to ask and notify us with questions and updates!

This app allows customers to request the withdrawal and shipment of their household objects that they want to be stored in our spaces, put on rent the things that they aren't using and want to earn extra money, coordinate the withdrawal and delivery when they most want, etcetera.

Reinvent the concept of storage to adapt it to the real needs of each of our clients becoming the first smart storage!

In 2019 it was time to start developing the app, I knew the CEO of Greelow so I contacted him directly and a week later we had meetings with the tech team and everything was looking good so we decided to go ahead with them. At first we started with UX/UI samples using as a reference the web UC/UI, once we were happy with the choice, the app development started.

So far we have been a very successful startup! We have achieved a 1 million dollar investment round in two months!

We had excellent communication during the app development phases, I never felt to be left out on any important or urgent discussions. Also their constructive criticism was very useful, there were many aspects in the UX/UI and app features that they recommended which never crossed my mind.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was surprised by the professionalism and work ethics that Greelows tech team had, they were always very considerate and reasonable on all discussions.Their ability to offer us a great experience is what makes this company special to me. As I mentioned above, not only did they perform all the functionalities and requirements, but they also recommended many aspects that came out to be very beneficial!

It would be great if they had support every day of the week. For example if there’s an issue on Saturday or Sunday, we have to wait until Monday to resolve it. But in general they were great at delivering what we needed ontime and on budget!

Greelow's workflow during the project was very good. Their way of communication was very clear professional and constant. We had a meeting once a week with the team leader who always kept us up to date of changes, progress and recommendations.

These meetings ensured us that each incremental progress was measured and addressed properly.

The managers and directors were able to understand the importance of what we wanted to achieve and that really stood out. Not only did they perform all the functionalities and requirements, but they also recommended many aspects that came out to be very beneficial!

Our main streams of communication were via email and conference calls although every so often we had meetings in both our offices and theirs. Their team are very responsive and have great communication skills, especially when it comes to updating us on code or design issues and providing us with an estimate for its repair. Every problem that came up was addressed professionally and swiftly giving our team detailed feedback of the causes, means of repair, and the time needed for completion. Throughout the process, Greelow were consistent about providing us with weekly reports highlighting the accomplishments and challenges. Having Greelow take on our project gave me a breath of fresh air.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

What I believe makes them stand out is the transparency and constant communication. Since day one Greelow were very truthful and accurate. They were upfront about pricing and explained all the costs, fees and specific deliverables and kept all the promises that were made. The communication throughout the project exceeded my expectations and they always made sure that I was up to date with any changes, recommendations and advances during the project.
