I am the owner of Hakimi Constructions. De provide construction services in the Netherlands.

For what projects/services did your company hire Graphix Development?

We didn't have our own website yet, which was a shame. So we contacted this team to provide us with a brand new website design to showcase our services to our potential clients.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

To be honest, I had been given the contact via a friend of mine. Which had his business website done via this team too. He only had good words for them, and I have no idea on web design, so I jumped in.

We first had a meeting to discuss our goals and needs. I provided the team with our brand identity (colors etc.). Within a few days I received a preview concept design. This was amazing! Quickly and according my likings. We agreed that the team could work on this style ahead to complete the website. At that point, Dennis started to mention things about SEO, to up my company's website in the Google ranking. This, off course, would be good for business, so I let him advise me on what it does and how we could make sure to reach the #1 page in Google search results.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked mainly with Dennis, the owner of the company. He is a solid professional. He knew what I wanted for my company with just a few words, and had the creative power to translate this into the web design for my company.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have a lot of positive feedback from our clients that see our new website. They really love it and feel that a good job was done to maintain the brand identity online. Also, in the last few months, I've been getting around 50 leads on auto-pilot via my website. Which is more than I got ever before. When I'm looking for myself in Google for various target keywords, I see my own company on the #1 page in Google, which I thought was not possible in such a short time!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Me and Dennis communicated freely over the phone and whatsapp to discuss matters and updates. Only the first meeting felt a bit formal, though I'm not a formal person myself. Dennis knew how to put me at ease and we could just send a message in the morning or the evening.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The knowledge Dennis has on web design and Google Search impresses me a lot! Even so, I never realized how a search engine works, while using it every day. Dennis didn't go to implement a, b, c.. He really talked with me, to inform me on the steps to take, and why we should take them to get a specific result in Google.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not really. As mentioned before, I'm a construction worker, so I have no idea how things in web design work. Dennis did an amazing job 'holding my hand' and explaining the steps along the way to improve my business, and it pays off!

Our website was created in 2014 and had become very outdated. We were unable to catch up with the competition and increase our website leads and traffic before summer 2021.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

After carefully considering a dozen website designers in the area, we found that Cheap Webdesign had built upon a few other real estate websites. This had drawn our confidence in choosing their service.

We first had a meeting to make our goals and wished clear to the developer at Cheap Webdesign. After that he started immediately working on a sketch for us to confirm the design format that would be used for our new website. After our approval he used this format to work out the other pages and our completed website was setup in no-time.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within the first months after the launch we have seen an increase of 79% in website traffic. Resulting in a 36% increase of leads coming in from the website.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Dennis is a very easy person to communicate with. It doesn't matter if I call him, or send a message on Whatsapp. He is ready and open to all forms of communication.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The way Cheap Webdesign offers advice on website development. I'm not a tech guy and had I wished to add this or add that to the website. In return, I got advice on why I should not add something, though they left the choice up to me. If I insisted, they would add it no matter what. But it's a very comfortable feeling if the designer provides both designs, and advises on why he handles things the way he does.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

In a lot of ways, they were almost too nice. For example, they were paid much later than they expected, but they didn’t push us about it because they were trying to be respectful. That wasn’t necessarily their fault, but they could’ve been a little more aggressive in that regard because we would've done better.
