We did hire granth for the end to end branding and marketing services, which include Website and Product UI/UX Design, Content for Website, Email Funnels, Blogs, Social Media and Marketing collaterals, all types of creative design work, and 360 marketing (SEO, Paid Ads, Email Automation and Campaign, and Influencer Marketing).

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We first met from the initial inquiry meeting through their website; we selected 5 agencies for the interview. We have selected Granth Creations as they have good case studies and offer all the services under one roof.

They first arranged a detailed introduction call, where we discussed what our product is and what we want to archive throughout this project. After that, we had two weekly meetings where we reviewed the work in progress and planned task priorities.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with the Client Relationship Manager, and there where one manager from all the departments that were in touch throughout the project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have archived our product and website positioning and marketing collateral goal that is helped us to enhance our brand position. through digital and content marketing, we have archived our 300 paid users mark in the first 3 months.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had two weekly meetings where we reviewed the work in progress and planned task priorities. We have daily email and slack communication for the day-to-day tasks.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their content strategy and marketing are up to the mark, that is helped us attract more customers and convert them into paid plans. They also did a great job on SEO.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They could have done all tasks in parallel, but along the way, we have realized that it is better this way.
