Secure Integration with Backend Services: Seamless and HIPAA-compliant integration with our proprietary AI decision engine, real-time messaging system for care team communication, and device-syncing for wearable and motion tracking hardware.

Offline Mode & Progressive Synchronization: Ensured users in remote areas or without consistent internet access could continue with their care plans uninterrupted.

AI-Powered Personalization Engine: Enabled real-time customization of care plans based on patient inputs, behavioral data, and care team recommendations.

One particularly moving instance involved a user who had been struggling with chronic lower back pain for over a decade. With the updated app and AI-personalized exercise suggestions, he was not only able to resume walking his dog daily but even sent a thank-you video to our support team. The technology GMTA helped us build literally empowered someone to take their life back and that’s the kind of progress metrics alone can’t fully capture.

Like any meaningful collaboration, there were learning curves. Early in the project, the time zone differences presented some coordination friction, especially during high-intensity development phases. However, they proactively addressed this by adjusting their work hours to overlap more with our internal teams, and communication improved substantially.

We would also have appreciated a slightly deeper bench in terms of QA engineers during peak testing phases, though their core QA team ultimately delivered to a high standard.

Every issue we brought up was promptly resolved, and new code updates were frequently submitted for review and approval. We were also able to communicate through the project chat. Any concerns were addressed promptly by the team, and they typically found answers to any queries or problems almost instantly.

After a kickoff meeting, a Project Manager was assigned as our primary point of contact, and we also requested the admin panel for complete management using web. We had been using the latest tech regarding the taxi apps, including geolocation, location tracking, swift for iOS, and Kotlin for Android.

We successfully released the apps onto the market within the allotted time frames and marketing budget.

Following a kickoff meeting, a Project Manager was designated as our primary point of contact. They created wireframes and mockups, then reported back to us with an anticipated budget. We get the scope of work and release plan including website, iPhone and Android apps for customer and drivers. 

We also requested the admin panel for complete management using web. We had been using latest tech regarding the taxi apps including geo location, location tracking, swift for ios and kotlin for android. Its been a great journey to launch our first version in market and till we are continuing with them for regular support, new features and addons. Throughout the development process, they keep us updated and identified technical concerns as needed.

Despite of being new in the market, they are quite experienced and they understand your requirements in details without jumping to the conclusion. The good thing is they will always come up with suggestions as per the latest going in market, either its share feature or a new tech to make your apps fast and easy to use. They are available 24/7 and is quick to provide support as needed.
