When we started with ROST Media, we had zero PPC revenue. We wanted to focus on Google and META, and the team at ROST put together a comprehensive strategy for both channels while helping us set up Klaviyo email flows. Initially, we worked with a small budget, but we quickly saw sustainable returns and scaled month over month, growing from a baseline revenue of $1,116 to $49,000. We can't thank ROST Media enough for helping transform our business from having no online marketing to achieving sustainable growth.

Once we were up and running, we have met weekly to go over performance, align on action items, promotions, creative, and product.

We were able to go from a single channel advertising strategy, which presented a great threat to our company to a balance omni-channel strategy, while also improving our visibility into customer pathways and where each sale was coming from. From there, we were able to adjust our budgets across these platforms to ensure maximum profitability.

Our teams have worked very well together. We use slack for day-to-day communications, and our weekly meetings run smoothly. Bagdat's team has been very accommodating, and agile, as things have had to change last minute.

I've been most impressed by Rost Media's empathy for our business, and ability to match our voice and creative so well, while also having a strong data-driven analytical approach. In all the years of working with advertising agencies, I have struggled to find one that can do both. Usually, Ive noticed that they either skew heavily one way or the other.

We launched our business in 2020 and saw growth and potential to continue to develop our products. We needed a digital marketing specialist to help us manage and further develop our search marketing strategy - to strike a balance between generating awareness and return for our ad spend.

They helped us review our shop and Google ads account integration with Google Analytics, which helped us measure the success of the activity. They also suggested testing social media ads to promote our brand online and focus on return on investment and sales through the Google ads channel.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Both our search and shopping campaigns achieved astonishing results. Through careful keyword selection, automation and use of audience data our CPCs decreased by 24% on average, which allowed us to use our limited budget more efficiently and in turn deliver 136% increase in sales, revenue growth and better ROAS overall.

Our new and returning user traffic to site also saw a clear increase.

We communicated mainly over emails. The team was taking the time to keep us informed about any campaign developments and opportunities on a regular basis. Every time we had a question they were able to respond in a timely manner and keep us informed with the progress of the request.

We ran a campaign for one of our clients to help them recruit 300+ new employees across the whole UK. We hired Rost Media to help set-up, manage and optimise our paid media strategies and campaigns.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were introduced to Rost Media through a mutual contact however it was their willingness to get stuck into the project along with their obvious expertise that made it an easy decision to start working with them.

They first started by understanding the objectives and goals of the campaign. We then gave them access the existing ad accounts so they could scope out the project based on previous campaign performance and the existing audiences. For this project we focused our media spend on Google and Facebook.

After accepting their quote they quickly began creating the new campaigns and targeting. Once the campaigns were made live we instantly saw results and from that point onwards they continued to optimise the campaigns and also tweak targeting based on our needs. Throughout the project there has been constant communication and reporting to ensure we are always heading in the right direction and so that both teams are up to date.

Whilst the final results are still being measure we cannot give out figures. However I can share that the CPA is lower than our target, we acquired more leads than our target and both ourselves and our client are very happy with the project as a whole.

They cut through the jargon, told us what we needed to do and didn't sugar coat anything. At the end of the day paid media is a cold, hard "put your money on the table" investment. You need someone that challenges you to get the most out of your investment whilst understanding the dynamic nature of companies and how their objectives can change VERY quickly. Rost Media made us feel very comfortable yet challenged us and worked with us to move when needed.

We are in close contact regarding the details of the campaigns and I know that if I need assistance I will get a response almost immediately from him.
