Development of new features in our product installed in a specific customer. Deliverables:

• New business rules in processing customer onboarding.
• Add new digital channels of contact with final customers
• Add new features to loyalty points earn&burn APIs 
• Migrate some process from .NET Framework to .NET Core.
• Implement new architecture to integrate with our customer authentication services
• Provide new channels to burn loyalty points thru existing Points of Sale and QR Code.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Features delivered to the customer based on a schedule.
• The project was conducted in an iterative approach with strict goals in every phase.
• The final product was delivered almost in schedule (10% of delay based on initial schedule).
• The scope was successfully fullfiled.

The project was delivered on time, according to the schedule defined with the customer. Fx2 always responded very well when the deadlines got closed and we were behind schedule. The management was very professional.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The people, the entire team. They are technical prepared, and also worked along us, as a team, Fx2' management was also always present when problemas arose and need to be solved. There was always a good spirit about working together to achieve our customer goals as the main concern.

By sure, but don't know just now.

The three projects started together with Fx2 continue to operate and their economic balance is favorable.

They delivered the content on time, complied with the agreement, advised on the project, and were open to changes and ideas from Cinemateca. They always responded excellently.

The quality of treatment when facing a project. A lot of openness to listen and contribute, knowing the software sector but also the cinema sector, and being able to contribute to our objectives.

I have nothing to comment. The work experience was very good.
