Fuse 3, manages and provides the utmost professional care for our IT needs. We have a cloud-based server that is maintained and protected by Fuse 3, VOIP, and all computers are managed by them as well.

• Our office was introduced to Fuse 3 when are company's computer system was encrypted. With their knowledge, and efficiency, Fuse 3 saved our system in order for our company to succeed. Our relationship with Fuse 3 has allowed our company to thrive by IT management, HIPAA compliance, and security measures.

Project management with Fuse 3 is outstanding. Fuse 3 has an awesome protocol by placing tickets for our IT needs, purchases, and help with problems that arise. Fuse 3 has different levels of priority from high urgency to low urgency depending on the severity of the nature. They have also resolved our IT needs within a timely manner.

The knowledge of IT technology, their professionalism, able to complete any task with accuracy, along with the patience they have with our employee's who are not computer literate.

Our workers utilize a phone system that needs several lines per desk to contact people around the country. They need to be able to switch between numbers and call quickly. Fuse3 helped us build an effective phone system that meets our team's needs. They also helped create a real-time scoreboard that shows how each individual is performing for the day, week and month. It is a huge step up from the phone system that we previously worked with.

• Onboarded nearly 30 users quickly and worked through issues as they came up

Whenever we had an issue, we received a response to our emails very quickly. The team at Fuse3 acted immediately and almost every time had the issue sorted out the same day. They also continuously asked us questions to make sure they were delivering a product that fit our business needs. Communication and execution were fantastic.

As I stated before, the communication was excellent. However, what really impressed me was how they would come back to us with ideas and options to make the phone system better for our business. We feel like they genuinely want to deliver us the best product possible.
