“Our project with FullStackDevs.io covered three fronts: (1) a full clean-up of WordPress and databases to remove obsolete content and start from a clean state, (2) a new site build aligned with WordPress standards and AA-level accessibility practices, and (3) refactoring external systems into REST APIs so WordPress handles presentation only. Key results: a faster site, improved admin workflows for stores/promotions/content, consistent new designs across Home, Stores, Terminal, Parking, Services and more, and a future-proof architecture that reduces effort for upcoming features.”

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We achieved exactly what we set out to do: a faster, more stable site with noticeably quicker page loads after structural optimizations and a clean rebuild. The redesign was accessibility-first, incorporating tools and AA-level practices that improved usability for everyone. We also decoupled external modules (bus schedules, cinema, loyalty) into REST APIs, which simplified future design changes and deployments. On the backend, admin workflows for Stores, Promotions, and other sections were streamlined, reducing time to publish updates. Overall, the new design is consistent across core pages and makes navigation clearer for users and maintenance easier for our team.

 I’m the technology director of a logistics company that offers integral services of transportation, storage, supply, and repair for the forestry, grains, and fertilizers sectors.
