I'm the Executive of Blur Spirits, a company that produces spirits and freshly made cocktail mixes.

What challenge were you trying to address with Frenzy Hawk?

We needed help managing our company's Instagram page, including posting and interacting with users. We also needed help running a full ad campaign for 2024.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Frenzy Hawk provided a marketing and social media strategy. The team also managed our Instagram page, including posting photos and reels. Frenzy Hawk designed flyers for ads, provided a mood board for photoshoots, designed labels and stickers, recommended influencers and photographers, supported event planning, attended events, and went live on our Instagram page during events. The team also provided a monthly social media posting calendar and recommended captions and hashtags.

Someone referred Frenzy Hawk to us. We chose them because they were close to our geographic location, offered good value for the cost, and had company values that aligned with ours.

We worked with Frenzy Hawk from October 2024–January 2025.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our business revenues increased by 134% during the time of the project. Our recurrent and loyal customers also increased by 32%. We received more than 1,000 leads during the campaign. Frenzy Hawk's marketing strategy was focused on the customers we wanted to target, and the leads were a reflection of the success of the campaign.

How did Frenzy Hawk perform from a project management standpoint?

Frenzy Hawk delivered on time and provided a high-quality service. We communicated via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

It was astonishing that Frenzy Hawk sometimes cared more about our business than we did. The team didn't allow any rushed decisions under pressure to damage the strategy we were working on. Frenzy Hawk didn't just implement to get paid; they ensured they recommended the best way forward and raised the red flag when needed.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Frenzy Hawk's work was more than sufficient, but it would have been great if they had more on-the-ground presence.
