Below is the list of tasks provided by Martin ahead of beginning the project. All of these were implemented. 

1. Running an initial analysis showing us the starting positions of your business on Google Maps and Google Search when people search for relevant services to your business ("nutritionist Austin", "dietitian near me" etc.) - this will give us an idea of what the starting point we are at is so we can then measure progress towards it.
2. Full Google My Business Optimization making sure all information is filled in to the best SEO standards.
3. Creation of 300 local citations, registering your Business name, Address and Phone number across 300 business directories so Google get more familiarity with your brand (this is directly related to Google Maps rankings).
4. Running these 300 citations through an indexer, trying to get as high of a % as possible of them indexed in google.
5. Building "second tier" backlinks, pointing to these citations, increasing the chance they will stay indexed for a longer period in Google
6. Full On-page optimization recommendations of your homepage (we will provide you with a document, presenting all the changes needed to be done to the homepage and its content).

Still monitoring, but GMB views are significantly increased.

In terms of team dynamics - we were kept updated with all optimizations and were given room to provide feedback in case we were not happy with some of the content.
