What specific goals or objectives did you hire Forbina Consulting, LLC to accomplish?

• Migrated Account Registration features from Ruby on Rails to asynchronous background jobs using Azure Service Bus and Function Applications, allowing easier migration to another billing solution in the future.
• Migrated from Zuora's Subscribe and Amend billing model to the Orders model, simplifying subscription management and maintenance by Hireology's finance team.
• Setup integrations between an internal app, Zuora Billing, and Salesforce using Integration.app. Used Integration.app to manage webhooks in Zuora to allow notification of new and updated subscriptions to an internal application.
• Rewrote Zuora's Invoice and Credit Memo templates in Zuora's custom HTML Template editor.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

As a part of their 2025 initiative, Client is in the process of developing a solution that will decouple the Client ATS software application from Zuora, while at the same time migrating from NetSuite to a new billing system (Sage Intact).  Client is looking to engage a partner support their efforts and to provide application development resources with experience in Azure and Microsoft technologies.

The primary objective of this engagement is to develop and deliver a platform that improves operational efficiencies, eliminates vendor lock-in, allowing the system to enable product lead growth (PLG) initiatives.

Client has developed a high-level project plan for the engagement.  The following list of key activities will involve the partner:

Key Activities:

·        Account Creation – Sage Intacct

·        Initiate Account Cancellation – Zuora

·        Account Reactivation – Sage

·        Execute Account Cancellation - 

·        Order Submission and validation

·        System Sync
