I’m the Senior Director of Product Marketing at a company that provides AI-powered security screening and analytics solutions for venues, schools, hospitals, and public spaces. Our goal is to enable safer and more efficient entry experiences through advanced digital systems.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Fluvio?

We needed help scaling our product marketing management (PMM) team. We also needed help establishing a product launch process and executing the launch of new products.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Fluvio helped us scale our PMM team. The team also helped us establish a launch process and a go-to-market (GTM) framework. In addition, they conducted a product naming workshop and a competitive analysis.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Fluvio delivered enablement deliverables, executed a new process, and adopted new frameworks. We also created more sales assets and upleveled our product marketing into a strategic function.

How did Fluvio perform from a project management standpoint?

Fluvio always delivered on time. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Fluvio provides the best-in-class product marketing expertise you can’t get anywhere else.
