I’m the co-founder of a company operating in the life-tech sector.

What challenge were you trying to address with Filiberto Amati?

Filiberto (Partner) helped and advised my company on two key areas. They worked on our buyer persona patterns and built up our ecosystem around key stakeholders and the value chain of potential customers. They also helped us understand the determinants of our SaaS model’s pricing strategy.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Filiberto helped me advance my own deliverables by advising on how to advance the structure of our work around those deliverables. To be clear, he didn’t own the deliverables; he was mainly providing advice. 

The activities in which he was involved were mainly about marketing and pricing. He collaborated with us on the composition of our business model’s value chain;  he also helped me understand our target buyer persona or those people who were going to buy our product.

I mainly work with Filiberto. 

How did you come to work with Filiberto Amati?

I found Filiberto through a referral. 

What is the status of this engagement?

The project lasted from January–February 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

It was very successful. Filiberto provided great input, which enabled us to accelerate the finalization of this workstream. As a result, this engagement had been pretty much positive, and I’d recommend him as a competent and trustworthy professional.

How did Filiberto Amati perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated via email, and we interacted through videoconferences. The project was managed smoothly. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Filiberto’s work was very structured and fact-based. He brought an analytical approach to the engagement, and that was the most impressive thing about it. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there weren’t any. Everything went according to expectations, and Filiberto did a very good job.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I’ll recommend Filiberto as a professional who is competent in topics in the marketing field and whatever is required around that industry.

We needed someone to help with our marketing strategy, branding, and price structure.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Their team put together graphics, business cases, pitching materials, presentations, and strategic planning for us. They also collaborated with us in a business incubator project that we were invited to.

We worked with one person.

How did you come to work with Filiberto Amati?

We’d been in touch before. I had a very good idea about their skills and abilities because of previous interactions. When we had this project, we approached our main contact. From there, we grew our funding and started our collaboration.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in the summer of 2018, and the engagement wrapped in the middle of 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

During our collaboration with them, we won first place in our business incubator. It was a shared success. Because of this, we also saw an increase in our financing.

How did Filiberto Amati perform from a project management standpoint?

There was someone in charge of project management. He always pushed us to keep things real and make sure we were spending the right amount of time on things.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re well-rounded. Our main point of contact is very good at what he does. He’s able to remember that all attention should be focused on all different details. He knows that makes a difference.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Our main point of contact was straightforward and confident, but he could try to adapt his style to his working audience. Changing his approach to fit the client could be helpful.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would advise them to present the full picture. Don’t focus only on the marketing part, but define exactly what you want them to do.

I needed help with our marketing strategy.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Filiberto Amati collaborates with us to develop a marketing strategy for our brand launch in Europe, focusing on brand positioning and market research. They basically translate consumer insights into a marketing strategy. In addition, they also deliver services outside of the scope of the project, depending on our needs.

What is the team composition?

I work with Filiberto (Partner), who works with a lot of freelance consultants.

How did you come to work with Filiberto Amati?

He was already appointed when I came into the company. They engaged with him because he had extensive knowledge of European and Northern American markets.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent between $150,000–$200,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project began in November 2019, and it’s ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We can’t yet determine if the project is successful because it’s still ongoing. However, the first insights Filiberto Amati has provided have been successful. The next step is still in progress. The success rate is 50% at the moment, and we’re working together to earn the other 50%. We’re very happy with his services — he’s one of the best international marketing consultants we’ve encountered.

How did Filiberto Amati perform from a project management standpoint?

He never misses a deadline, and he has good communication skills. I’m pleased to have him on my team.

What did you find most impressive about them?

He’s really good at managing expectations.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The timeline of the project could’ve been better defined and more realistic.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice is to give him a comprehensive brief to ensure a good outcome. He can deliver on almost all aspects of marketing. Let him know which element of the marketing strategy you want him to focus on; otherwise, you’ll receive everything.
