Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Project Management:
Fame demonstrated a structured and organised approach to project management throughout the launch and early growth of The TechDental Podcast. They provided a clear roadmap from discovery to publishing, with well-defined roles, timelines, and deliverables.
Timeliness:
Most deliverables were completed on or ahead of schedule, particularly in the initial launch phase (e.g. trailer production, artwork, publishing setup).
Episodes were edited, finalised, and uploaded according to the agreed publishing cadence, helping maintain consistency and audience trust.
Responsiveness & Communication:
The team was generally responsive to feedback and flexible when priorities shifted or when guest schedules needed to be rearranged.
Communication was handled professionally via email and project management tools, with regular check-ins and updates.
When specific requests or refinements were made (e.g. adjustments to intro/outro, episode naming, or branding), they were actioned promptly.
Proactivity:
Fame offered strategic suggestions to improve positioning, guest engagement, and content quality—adding value beyond basic production.
However, at times more proactive outreach or momentum-building around guest follow-up and viral marketing could have added additional value.
Overall, Fame delivered a reliable and well-managed experience that helped build the foundations of the podcast and establish a professional production workflow.
What was your primary form of communication with Fame?

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
What I Found Most Impressive or Unique About Fame:
What impressed me most about Fame was their specialisation in podcast growth—not just production. They understand how to position a podcast as a strategic asset for authority-building and brand awareness, which was essential for launching The TechDental Podcast in a niche space like AI in dentistry.
Their streamlined end-to-end system—from guest booking workflows to post-production and promotion—was efficient and allowed me to focus entirely on content and hosting. As a first-time podcaster, that level of structure and support was invaluable.
Most uniquely, they approach podcasting with a long-term mindset, helping me build a show that supports wider business goals, not just quick downloads.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Fame could have done differently?
Areas for Improvement:
While Fame provided a solid foundation for launching and producing the podcast, there are a few areas where their service could be enhanced:
1. More Proactive Growth Strategy
Although the technical and production side was strong, a more proactive approach to audience growth, guest amplification, and viral content strategy would have added further value—especially in a niche market like dental tech.
Tactical support around repurposing content, newsletter integration, and leveraging guest networks could have elevated reach.
2. Real-Time Collaboration Tools
The communication process was generally smooth, but the addition of a shared dashboard or real-time project space (e.g. Notion or Trello) for tracking progress, content approvals, and status updates would have made it easier to stay aligned without relying on back-and-forth emails.
3. Deeper Integration with Brand Goals
As TechDental is part of a wider ecosystem (DentaCFO and Greenarch Systems), tighter alignment between podcast strategy and business objectives—such as lead generation, investor awareness, or event tie-ins—would have strengthened overall ROI.
