We have been working with Experiment5M for several months. The goal was to generate leads from outbound. Piotr was strongly involved in analyzing and understanding our business and profiling our target customer. We have worked about product and services strenght, case studies and communication fittent to potential client. 

During this period, the number of leads from cold mailing increased by 70% and and was an average of 20 per mont. Leads had higher quality than the earlier ones.

I recommend cooperation with Experiment5M. Engagement, strong focus on results, a lot of testing and analytic, easy and quick communication.

Thanks to E5M, I've had over 120 sales meetings in the first 3 months since the start of our collaboration. Was definitely in awe. They did good job in setting appointments, but when I wanted to go deeper for more meaningful leads, they also provide me with great matches. I was also happy with the workflow and communication. These guys are pro.

E5M was always on time, very often before the deadline. I didn't have to rely on any kind of project management, as they did the whole thing for me.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are really going the extra mile in things that nobody else wants to do. I struggled with hiring efficient SDR, but with E5M plug and play outbound activities it really worked. Definitely not just the outsourcing, they run it as an on-site project.

When we collaborated, they just started implementing ABM, which I really liked and it was a shame that they haven't started that earlier. But I saw that they are up and running with it! Fingers crossed.

Target of our campagian was to find a distributors specialized on HoReCa market in Poland suplying 3-5 star hotels. Second target was to get a leads from F&B managers and executive chefs of 5 star hotels.
