We wanted to increase our sales and revenues and ExaWeb implemented both Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) on our e-commerce business.

We did a search on Google and ExaWeb name came up. I called up and Patrick answered. I interviewed him and knew he was the perfect fit.

Their team implemented SEO by auditing our existing site. They fixed the technical issues. Thereafter, they performed keyword research to target keywords that are relevant to our flower delivery service. Next, they did the on-page optimization and optimized every post and page of our website.

Continuously, they write articles every month and build links for our website. Monthly, they monitor our search traffic statistics. As for PPC, they set up a campaign in Google ads during the first month. Daily, they monitor the bids and search terms, and adjust accordingly (add negative keywords, exclude locations that are not relevant, etc.).

Pat and Van, the co-founders, work with me and they have a couple of content writers that write the articles for us and an SEO specialist to help with our link building effort.

In just a couple of months, our website jumped on Google's first page for our focus keywords. Before they started, our monthly visitors were around 300 visits with Php30,000+ (approximately $600 USD) monthly revenue. Currently, our average monthly visits now is 5,000+ visitors with Php500,000+ (approximately $10,000 USD) monthly revenue. During peak season (Valentine's), our monthly visit peaked at 18,000+ (approximately $37,000 USD) visits with Php1.8 Million+ revenue.

We communicate via Viber and before the pandemic, we usually meet in Makati to discuss the status of our campaigns. Monthly, they provide a report which we discuss as well for any suggestions or recommendations we need to do in the coming weeks or months.

They are professional and their knowledge of the digital marketing industry stands out as they have experience since 2009. They do not limit their work to what's in the contract, sometimes they go above and beyond their scope of works to help our business.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Patrick is a bit shy in person but when it comes to SEO, he can talk a lot.

Our Facebook page’s reach and engagement increased three-fold in the span of a quarter. Thanks to them for scheduling the posts at the right time as well as with the help of the paid ads.

Usually, we meet once a week to go over the final artwork for the following week. Monthly, we review the performance of organic and paid campaigns. Mostly, our communication was done via Google Meet or email.

They were able to create the features needed on our website. There was a Virtual Reality feature on the homepage. Also, on the portal, they were able to make a feature like an Instagram feed which our employees loved.

The account manager was very easy to talk to and they shared weekly updates. As for the deadlines, they were able to meet all of their deadlines.

We were impressed with their skill set and experience in web development and design. I believe we may have gotten the better end of the deal as we feel their pricing is a bargain as compared to the value they bring.

Not that I know of. We understand that to make quality design and development, we would really need some time. As a result, the quality of their work is a testament to that.
