To find real professionals in Tech. We needed to close 4 vacancies: Senior Product Manager, Senior Backend and Engineering Manager (х2). They worked in a group: recruiter + sourcer. It helped to find relevant candidates quicker and conduct pre-screen interviews right after that. We had 6 stages of hiring (we fully delegated the first one to EvoTalents), so it was important to us that EvoTalents communicated with candidates on all stages, gave them feedback on time and helped them to pass all the interviews.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We worked with 4 different recruitment agencies at the same time. However, all of them had different positions to work with. Together with EvoTalents we filled 4 of 4 positions that we gave them (100%). It took us 112 days (some positions were closed within the first 2 weeks, but some took more time to fill them).

There was no problem with searching for candidates. However, at one stage we needed to work on our communication with EvoTalents to work effectively. We expressed our expectations on increasing pipelines and listened to their ideas and worked on giving our feedback quicker which helped us to make the workflow easier. All in all, it was effective working with EvoTalents.

In the process of work, we had the following moments to discuss: we wanted to see more analytics on the market, get the volume of the candidates market, and increase the flow of candidates. After that, together, we made four hires in a month and a half.

As I previously mentioned, at the time of our cooperation with EvoTalents, our internal recruitment team was overloaded by a lot of open vacancies, so EvoTalents helped lessen our workload. As for the success metrics, we closed the position within the expected period of time and saved the time for a number of internal colleagues.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
EvoTalents suggested a number of candidates with small intervals between each of them, kept us updated on every stage of communication, providing feedback in a timely manner as mediators between candidates and us.
A Technical Support Manager, who was hired with the assistance of the EvoTalents team, also shared his positive impression of cooperation. He highlighted the high speed and quality of work, friendly and professional communication, and a match between his expectations and the proposition.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
EvoTalents clarified all important details before the beginning of the search and didn't spend our time clarifying small details further, suggesting only relevant candidates with additional comments that were not included in the CVs. It's worth mentioning that we set high requirements for the potential employee and considered many candidates before making a final decision.

Along the process, we were constantly in touch discussing priorities and challenges. The team is open towards feedback and is ready to work to make the process the most efficient for both parties. EvoTalents also share a lot of statistics and weekly reports to visualize the process.
What did you find most impressive about this vendor?
It was important for us to find a partner in recruitment, for whom it is important to get to know the company better, its culture and expectations - both from a technical and personal perspective. I appreciate how EvoTalents are also engaged in finding not just any candidate to close the position but really find the best fit and provide a good candidate experience. You can also tell the team is constantly growing by learning, running its own sourcing school, and sharing knowledge with the community.

They are doing a great job asking questions re positions and our requirements, making selection and pre-screening of suitable candidates, also checking candidates' English level, which is mandatory for us. What is important they provid statistics and weekly reports for each position.
What was the team composition?
We have a Recruitment lead assigned to us as an account manager. I'm communicating with her.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
We were able to fill-in several critical positions. It was done within time-frames promised by EvoTalents at the initial stage.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow is effective, communication is on daily basis, direct and franc.
What did you find most impressive about this vendor?
What I like about our cooperation is great communication level and support. It is very human-like though still effective.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Those are not much areas for improvement, just when starting cooperation with Recruitment agency you should consider: - Making a stop-list of candidates that were already contacted by you, so that there are no over-communication. - Agreeing the way you handle salary discussions with candidates (net/gross numbers, discussed by agency or yourself, etc).

How did you select this vendor?
In truth, it was an eventuality, my good friend advised me this company. I started working with them and saw how much of my time I saved.

I provide them described in details description of job positions. They are looking for candidates for me, and provide me their CV, if candidates don't fit for me I'll give them a feedback - why it was so. It help's them work more effective in a future. The same story after technical interview - I always give them a feedback. After few times they usually skip not relevant candidates even without my efforts, because they know everything about my requirements.
What was the team composition?
I work with them directly. Usually after technical interview my team prepares feedback and share with EvoTalents.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
I remember that it was about 20-80 hours of my personal time and about 10-20 hours of my team to find right new member. Currently it's about few hours of my time and time of my team.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
I'd say that it was effective enough - we used emails, calendar and messengers. I don't like excess communication - we had only what is really valuable.
