What We Found Most Impressive

What stood out about Erahaus Creative Agency was their ability to blend strategy with execution instead of just producing content for the sake of being active. They approached every campaign with clear intent linked to reservations, private events, and overall brand perception, not random social posts. Their team also works fast without sacrificing quality, and they give constructive pushback when ideas are weak instead of just saying yes. That level of critical thinking is rare.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Erahaus Creative Agency could have done differently?

You move fast, which is great until details slip through the cracks. Some assets needed second-round refinements because alignment, typography, or formatting was slightly off from the final direction. Also, documentation could be more centralized instead of spread across WhatsApp threads and email. A clearer approval dashboard or single project hub would reduce back-and-forth and make progress easier to track on our end. Lastly, we’d like more proactive campaign proposals tied to seasonal opportunities rather than only delivering based on our requests.

I'm the founder and lead designer at CURVD. I started the company back in 2019, designed and patented the CURVD mug.

We worked with Baruch College MBA program to find our weaknesses in business development, they highly suggested we work on our branding, social media management, SEO, and go-to-market strategies. Our goal was to get more brand recognition, interact with our customers better, expand our market, and grow our sales.

We were looking for a company that puts our mission first. Erahaus's founder reached out to me and their understanding of our vision was excellent. After discussing ideas and strategies over CURVD, their suggestions for taking CURVD to an established brand.

The project scope of work was determined as per below in order:

- Web design from scratch

- Code the entire website based on the brand's visual elements & mission

- Create a social media strategy for Instagram, Linkedin, and Twitter.

- Optimize the SEO based on analytics

- Work on PR and reach out to high ranked websites and media platforms

- Help us with refining brand strategy for faster growth

- Advise us with brochures, graphic design, advertisements, etc.

We worked with the CEO, social media manager, and graphic designer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The new website is much better than we expected. We already have great feedback on it and we are working on social media at the moment. I strongly believe if we move forward with the same pace, in the next 4 months CURVD will be in a completely different position.

We've had meetings every day due to the massive workload, they stay on top of communications, we share content on multiple platforms and it's very convenient for me as a business owner to get involved just as much as it is needed, and save my time for building my business.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their understanding of my brand at their introduction meeting was quite impressive. Agencies reach out to us with vague proposals, asking for fixed ratings and possible opportunities that they might create for us. Erahaus Creative Agency has impressively described our weaknesses and their approach to solve all the problems. The result would lead to brand recognition, sales growth, social media growth, etc.

This was the first time we heard solutions offered to us in detail, with a timeline, and fixed budget for all the promised deliverables.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I believe they should have an office in the US, it would improve their work if they are considering expanding their market in the US.

Not so exact to say but in the first meeting that we have we set so many targets and till now we think that we reach to about 85% of our targets and its good in our business.
