Introduce your business and what you do there.
I'm the principal of a small creative services company that provides advertising and marketing products for our clients. We focus on video animation, content creation, website design, and other digital communication services.

What challenge were you trying to address with Enjoy New Media?
We hired Enjoy New Media to assist with video production for one of our clients, an enterprise insurance company.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
They produced three short promotional videos for the client to use on their website and social channels. The videos were “man on the street” style where an actor was approaching members of the public and asking them various rapid-fire questions.
The client had an actor and script they wanted to use for the videos, but Enjoy New Media handled everything else. This included recording, editing, production, and animated graphics.
What is the team composition?
We had two primary points of contact: Denver (CEO & Producer, Enjoy New Media) and Mengmeng (Secretary, Enjoy New Media).
How did you come to work with Enjoy New Media?
I found out about them through my network at WeWork.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent between $5,000-$10,000 on their services.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked with them on this project in the summer of 2018, and it wrapped up in September of that year.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our client was very pleased with the videos. They received several thousand views through their various social channels. Because of the success of this campaign, they are considering working with us to recreate the videos with updated data for the new year.
How did Enjoy New Media perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re wonderful. The team could not be nicer. They’re extremely reliable, communicative, and responsive. Denver is highly-skilled in directing, producing, and editing. They were accommodating and professional throughout the process.

What challenge were you trying to address with Enjoy New Media?
We were relaunching aspects of our company and strategy and wanted to create new promotional videos.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Enjoy New Media produced multiple videos for us. The team created corporate promotional videos and a set of product videos. Our promotional videos are 1–2-minute sizzle reels. The product videos showcased some of the core offerings of our technology platform and solutions.
The Enjoy New Media team took quite a bit of ownership over the storyboarding process. The team also helped suggest shots to dramatize the message or tie together some core elements of the narrative.
What is the team composition?
We worked with two members of the Enjoy New Media team, including Denver (Video Producer, Enjoy New Media).
How did you come to work with Enjoy New Media?
I knew Denver socially and spoke with him about my needs. He was a quick study of our space, our company, and what we were trying to get after. He has great examples of work he had done in other areas, so we decided to work with them.

We have invested less than $50,000.

Our engagement ran from November 2018–April 2019.

The videos are featured prominently on our website. They are a set of assets that we use frequently in our marketing campaigns, including during sales meetings. The videos have a pretty long lifespan that continues to be utilized
How did Enjoy New Media perform from a project management standpoint?
Enjoy New Media has two main strengths. The first is their responsiveness. It’s a smaller team so I was generally working with Denver. He’s incredibly responsive and has very fast turnaround times, which I appreciate.
Secondly, they’re incredibly professional. Our shoots involved lots of different people and moving parts, but Denver always came in with a plan. He’s a quick study and was able to give us some objective feedback from an outside perspective.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I highly recommend them as a firm for anybody who wants to create a quick-hitting cinematic quality sizzle real. Enjoy New Media knows how to tell a story about your company and elevate your brand presence.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could broaden their offerings. We also wanted some whiteboard videos and had to use other partners who specialize in that. I can easily see him acquiring those additional skill sets and employees, that’s a very natural extension of his business. What he does today, he does really well.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
It’s important for the client to have a clear idea and outline for what they are after. The greater clarity you have in the beginning, the easier it is to do fewer rounds of iterations required to get to the end product. It’s as much on the client to be organized as it is on the vendor.
