Embarque really helped us. We've just started out, and as with anything, SEO takes some time to kick in. However, with perseverance, that "some time" turned out to be just a few months really. We're super super happy with the time Embarque saved us (I estimate they've saved us 8 to 12 months), since results started kicking in faster. That's without mentioning the upside of the product-based SEO efforts.

Very professional. Always honest, always a positive attitude — which, let's be honest, is super hard to have at *all* in the services industry. But somehow Embarque was always positive and accommodating to us. At the same time, they were fair and communicated properly.

Embarque's level of professionalism and overall knowledge within the industry stands out. They put in a lot of due diligence before getting started, and it's ensured we've had a smooth project. Also, I really appreciate their follow-through and willingness to deliver.

Julian and his team write five pieces of content for us each month and get 10 articles back-linked for us each month. They send us the topics that they want to cover (all based on search volume) at the beginning of the month and then send us proofs of the content about a week prior to the end of the month. We proof them, provide any feedback to them and they then publish the articles for us.

We work with a handful of resources but Julian is the main point of contact for us if we need anything or have any questions.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since starting to work with Embarque in July of 2022, we've seen our direct traffic begin to climb. We have now more than almost doubled our monthly organic traffic from July of 2022 to December 2022. SEO takes time to show results and we started to see some initial results in mid-September and since then we have seen a steady climb in new organic visitors come to our site.

The team is very responsive and always available if you need to chat or have a question.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are very easy to get a hold of and communicate with. They also know the craft very well and seem to have found a nice niche of working with smaller software companies. The content that they create is quality and drives results.

After an initial consultation where the Embarque team spent time getting to know our business and ideal customer profile we discussed which terms would be best to aim to rank for. The Embarque team helped us with keyword research to identify the best terms we should build out content for and we put together an ongoing agreement whereby multiple pieces of content would be created for us every month.

We had an assigned contact who got to know our business and product in depth, they then managed the writers for us and became an account manager as the main point of contact on all communications.

We managed to start ranking in the top 3 results on Google for several of the terms we were targetting within 3 months of getting content from Embarque.

We started with a keyword research analysis in order to identify content which we could rank for. Aftewards we made a content plan, where embarque would write content for the identified keywords. We would receive monthly a set of article as defined in our content plan. Furthermore, we also updated pre-existing content, in order to improve their ranking as well.

Since implementing Embarque’s strategy, we’ve seen some of our pages garner significant search traffic. In particular, our podcasting name generator gets thousands of search clicks thanks to their content update that targeted long-tail variations around the topic of generating a great podcast name.

Embarque provides great results at unrivaled prices. Other agencies that offer similar results charge 3x higher.

Since implementing the SEO strategy with Embarque, we've noticed a significant improvement in our rankings on Google. We've been steadily increasing our monthly blog page views—compared to 2021 Q1 to 2022 Q1, we've seen a 178% increase in our blog traffic.

We met once every two weeks to discuss next blog posts, landing pages, and backlinks. They had a report they created for our content, however, we asked them to start reporting in our own channels which they have since been doing. Each month, they send us all of our blog posts for the month and the two landing pages we have assigned them.

How well thought out and researched all of their content was, and how quickly we ranked on posts. They communicated with us well and have been consistent on helping us find keywords to help our ranking on Google.

Our website ranked considerably higher in Google search, and our company earned $35,000 in revenue thanks in part to Embarque. I also noticed that we are slowly climbing up an appearing in the first five pages of google search.

It is very convenient because I only have to talk to one person, and it is straight-forward because they always provide the best topics for our SEO articles. I trust their strategy.

Often the Embarque team will also follow up on past articles with a request to refresh them for the new year or to optimize after some initial research.

In 2021 we've doubled our page views from 750,000 to 1,500,000. One specific blog post is sticking out for single-handedly bringing in over 20,000 people every month, but all of our top-visited pages these days are from Embarque.

We meet regularly to discuss strategy and the plan going forward. Content is delivered on time always!

Embarque is able to scale up content output very rapidly. When we wanted to push around a specific topic cluster, they've rapidly put out quality content to meet the demand.

I'd really like monthly and quarterly reports on how our SEO improved. Sometimes we forget to check and are surprised when the Embarque team tells us about breaking another milestone.

Very effective. I've been using Twitter and their website to communicate with Julian - typically all queries are answered almost instantly :)

The quality of their content and attention to detail. Other content writing services don't really care about quality - they only care about word count length and completing the task. Embarque genuinely wants to help me and has a result-driven approach.
