Actually, we don't have a certain measurable standard. Design is always an objective activity. We just want it be more western, clean and easy to use.

Yes ofc. We really appreciated your responsiveness and professional attitude throughout the project. You always responded quickly, shared multiple drafts when needed, and gave clear, honest feedback. Using Figma together made the communication transparent and efficient, which made everything smoother for us.

One of the biggest highlights of this collaboration was finding the balance between trust and creative breakthroughs.

Two examples really stood out to us:

With the Avatar Video flow, we appreciated how you pushed for visual clarity and restructured the tabs based on a deeper understanding of the core features. The end result was much clearer and easier to navigate.
For the URL to Video tool, your suggestion to switch from a stacked layout to horizontal tabs made a big difference. It reflected a great understanding of Western user habits and helped simplify the page.
This is exactly why we wanted to work with a global design team — to get fresh perspectives and challenge our own assumptions.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Eloqwnt could have done differently?

This collaboration also gave us a few ideas on how we could work even better together next time:

Deeper early product immersion:
While we provided VIP accounts at the beginning, we realized later that some designs (like the illustration cards on the dashboard) needed extra revisions due to a lack of deeper product understanding. A more hands-on experience with key features earlier on might have helped reduce back-and-forth.
 •  • Design trend analysis & final wrap-up:
We didn’t ask for a trend analysis this time, but in hindsight, an overview of current global design preferences, especially cultural differences in visual styles, could have helped guide us earlier.
Similarly, a short wrap-up document summarizing design logic, cultural choices, and any test feedback would really help us internally review and share the results.
