Our daily operations are run on the Salesforce platform. It was our goal to further custom develop our Org to meet our growing needs. In addition, we desired to add a custom member portal that would connect to our Salesforce Org to create a seamless experience for our customers.

I have been working with the amazing team at Elitech Systems for over 10 years and have had nothing but amazing results. I have worked with several offshore teams in multiple countries with mixed results, but when I started working with Elitech I knew I had found something special. I have not used another firm since. They have delivered on Speed, Quality and Cost on every project we have done together. They have been able to deliver on every technology need I have had on small, medium, large and ongoing projects.

We had a kick off meeting to discuss our needs and goals. From there Elitech provided a project plan and budget. The team developed a member portal utilizing Angular and Laravel and connected the portal to our Salesforce Org creating 2-way communication between the two platforms. The team also setup and continues to maintain our AWS instances.

I worked directly with the Co-Founder and a Project manager. The team included a 2 full stack developers, a Salesforce developer and QA engineer.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
After launching the Member Portal and deploying new features our team was more effective and efficient with their daily activities and client information management. The new customer experience gave our clients access to their account information 24/7 and greatly improved our communication and increased sales as a result.

I had daily meetings with the project manager via WhatsApp and/or Google Meet to discuss open questions, review new tasks, and attend to any needs the team had. I received End of Day Reports via email every day to confirm what work was completed and what work was scheduled for the next day. The co-founder checks in on a regular basis to make sure all of our needs area being met on time and with great quality.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The professionalism, talent and level of communication that Elitech brings to the table is superior to the majority of development firms. While most firms can delivery two elements of Speed, Cost and Quality, very few can deliver on all three with such excellence.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
No. Any time I have any issues or needs not previously communicated the team resolves the situation very quickly.
