Elite Digital was responsible for the full marketing strategy, cross channel digital media including search, display, & social, conversion optimization, ad creative, analytics, and SEO.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We needed highly qualified leads to help grow our business, and the team at Elite Digital exceeded our expectations. We established certain KPIs and targets, and right out of the gates the Elite team crushed them. They have helped to propel our business forward in so many ways. Best of all is that the leads are targeted and qualified, so we're not wasting time with leads that can't convert.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Our project manager at Elite Digital is awesome. Everything is tracked in such detail, that we always trust they will deliver on time and on budget. When they commit to something, they always get it done. They are the most reliable vendor we've ever worked with in the marketing space. Plus our Project Manager was also really friendly and great to work with.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The determination and drive to exceed our expectations were felt right out of the gates. We never felt like "just another client". Our client services team really did feel like an extension of our team. We often didn't know best practices, but the team took the time to explain everything and always made good suggestions. Our business is so different than the digital marketing world of Elite Digital, but we always feel like we're in good hands with trusted experts.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Elite Digital Agency could have done differently?

Keep doing what you're doing! My only regret is that I didn't start working with them sooner, as it took me a few tries before I found the long term agency partner we were looking for.

I’m the marketing and communications co-director of Advancing Black Talent in Pharma (ABTiP), a nonprofit organization that supports the development and advancement of Black professionals in Canada’s pharmaceutical and life sciences industries through education, mentorship, networking, and advocacy for diversity and inclusion.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Elite Digital Agency to accomplish for ABTiP?

As a nonprofit, finances and domain expertise are scarce resources, especially when broader community awareness and membership growth are key objectives for the organization to drive. Elite Digital Agency brings a very specific skill set and domain expertise in life sciences-focused digital and traditional marketing. The agency works with a considerable number of top-tier global life sciences companies, many of whom are community stakeholders that we also wish to build relationships with. For these reasons, and many more, we felt that Elite Digital Agency was the right partner for our organization.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Elite Digital Agency is engaged with us in several ways, including helping us obtain nonprofit access to digital marketing tools and resources, such as the Google Grant; designing refreshed brand and marketing collateral, especially for use in digital channels (email, social media); and digital channel use audits and recommendations. The team has designed a refreshed ABTiP logo in recognition of our five-year anniversary, produced related brand collateral (e.g., social media and email templates, PowerPoint, and letterhead templates), and provided use guidance for our team members to employ when using these assets.

We work with 2–5 teammates from Elite Digital Agency.

How did you come to work with Elite Digital Agency?

We found them through networking. We chose them over other options because they were a great culture fit, their company values aligned with ours, and they had personal engagement.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in February 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Elite Digital Agency has refreshed our brand image and given it a cleaner, more modern feel. Although I don’t have quantitative data that suggests this at this time, we hope to see the results of this effort in the coming months, as the produced materials have just been put into use. Our organization's board is thrilled with the refreshed branding and related materials. We’re also very grateful to Elite Digital Agency for helping us secure the Google Grant funding, which should allow us to further drive both general awareness and event- and campaign-specific awareness.

How did Elite Digital Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

The Elite Digital Agency team works efficiently and promptly. We mainly communicate through virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Especially since this is nonprofit work, Elite Digital Agency has treated us just as professionally and diligently as they would any paying client.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything for them to improve.
