We wanted to create a few commericals for tv marketing on how sellign your home to us was an easy process. We also wanted some short content for social platforms to express this same marketing message of buyign for cash, paying all the costs associated with closing, and making the selling process easy. What we needed were a few different scripts with inspiration on what was important for us to get across in the messaging. Elevate created scripts for long form content as well as the short form for social. They setuop a venue with backdrops and did all the recording and editing to make these videos come to life

Elevate Creative was brought on to execute two apartment communities lifestyle video shoots in which the content would be utilized for website video headers, social media content, investor communication content and lead management content. In preparation to the video shoot days, the Elevate team hosted calls and created project brief's for each property with shot list and timeline. On photoshoot day, these preparations created easy transition for models to be prepared for their shot location and what to wear. Also Elevate owned model direction to ensure they captured the brand essence as discussed in our project brief. After shoot day, Elevate was able to deliver drafts of the video content requested within about a weeks time, with one day turn arounds for our minimal edits.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The video headers stand out as the biggest takeaway from this project as they have enhanced our website branding immensely. Capturing our lifestyle in turn creates an increased perceived value for our communities that wouldn't be possible without the right team on the project.

Overall the quality of work is tough to beat and has been maintaind throughout their growth. I have had the privilege of working with Elevate on various projects for years focused on apartment communities advertisement videography, to 3D video renderings, to large scale events. Armand and the Elevate team have also always been curious about my companies goals. They were a collaborative partner that created cutting-edge content and pushed their partners with fresh ideation in the visual marketing space. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Elevate Creative could have done differently?

Pricing is a bit high compared to some others in the Columbus area that can make shorter content. Overall, I'd still work with Elevate for larger projects as I think it's certainly worth it.

Working directly with Armand, we've been able to develop thoughtful stories that his team is able quickly bring to life in the form of high quality video assets. Their feedback loops are quick and seamless, leading to short turnarounds. The number of videos we've produced the past few years is in the dozens but the ability to create the wave of interest, that's what I hope will help us win as a business over time.

Elevate has also produced 3D video tours of apartments under construction to promote pre-leasing efforts before units are available to tour. Additionally, Elevate has filmed corporate brand content including interviews with our CEO and programming & event filming to capture community engagement.

The video assets created by Elevate for use on paid social campaigns have increased engagement and followers on our Instagram accounts and continue to drive traffic to our website for leasing inquiries. I'm the assistant director of communications for the Delta Gamma Foundation. The DG Foundation is the philanthropic arm of Delta Gamma Fraternity. We foster lifetime enrichment for members, promote our philanthropy, Service for Sight, and partner with the Fraternity to ensure the future of our sisterhood.

We launched our comprehensive campaign, Anchoring the Future: The Campaign for Delta Gamma, at our Convention in June of 2022. We needed a video for the in-person event as well as a premier on social media.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We reviewed proposals from several companies, but Elevate stood out from the group. They had worked with universities, other non-profits, and local collegiate chapters for our sorority. We liked that each video sample we saw was tailored to the needs of the organization rather than a cookie-cutter template. We also really liked the fact that they were local for us and worked with our budget.

We began with a discovery meeting, where we met Armand and Mitch. We talked about what our organization does and our vision for the video. After that call, we uploaded all of our brand assets and anything else they would need to begin the project. We began weekly calls where we worked through the script and storyboard. There were also opportunities to see the progress of the video and provide feedback as we went. We had to plan a few last-minute video shoots to get additional footage. The team was more than willing to work with our schedules and even sent another videographer to film on one of the dates Mitch couldn't make. The last step of the process was the animation work. We got to meet with the designer for several of our weekly meetings to provide feedback directly to her. After everything was complete, they provided the video along with some of the animated graphics and a social media cut.

We worked with Armand and Mitch on this project. They were an open line of communication, and we had weekly meetings to make sure we were on track.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are still in the public phase of the Campaign and will wrap up in June of 2024. We have been using it to explain and promote the campaign on social media, our website, and in one-on-one conversations with potential donors. After the launch in June 2022, we had so many people come up to us in person and share how much they loved the video. It was also our top-performing post on both Facebook and Instagram for the year.

The team was very easy to communicate with, and our weekly meetings made sure we had dedicated time set aside to discuss progress. We used a variety of methods to communicate, including email, video calls, Google docs, and way to review the storyboard. They helped meet our tight turnaround time with no issues.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They really worked with us to provide a one-of-a-kind product. They honored our brand while telling our story in a unique way. I also really liked that we got to work with a small intimate team but they were never lacking in quality and professionalism.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The feedback and project management portion could have been a little more seamless. We never had a problem providing feedback or asking questions, but sometimes we had a hard time following an email chain or finding where something was. If everything (project tracker, communication, scripts, etc.) could be in one place that might make it a little easier.

I am the Production Director for a company that support changemakers and nonprofit organizations. We offer services and resources to help them grow and create outsized impact. I work with them to develop video content and live event activations.

We contracted Elevate Creative's services to produce a handful of pitch videos and some event recap videos. The process included an initial meeting to scope the project and confirm deliverables. Their team is always prepared and comes to the table with great recommendations and solutions. We then established a timeline that included review dates and final deadlines. Between our filming and delivery dates we had multiple check-ins to make sure we were on track.

I've worked with both Mitch and Armand, but Armand was our main point of contact. It is always a joy to work with them as they bring professionalism and creativity to the table. They are always open to feedback and are able to execute changes quickly.

The pitch videos they created for us were viewed as part of a virtual event. These videos are seen by hundreds of people throughout the virtual event. Our event encourages viewers to donate to the organizations featured in the videos which resulted in $10,000 donated back into the Columbus community.

We are widely known among our internal partners, but want to expand our name recognition to a wider audience of donors and potential partners across the state. We hired Elevate Creative to produce a video highlighting several recent grantees reflecting our new mission statement and for use in future philanthropy, stakeholder, and development meetings.

We chose Elevate Creative from a list of a few recommended vendors from our strategic communications consultant. We chose them because of their price range, previous contracts, and innovative vision.

We started with a discovery meeting and brainstorming session to share our goals and vision for the project with Elevate's team. Our staff identified three grantees to interview and a filming location, as well as a tentative schedule in coordination with Elevate.

We filmed four back-to-back interviews in one day. After the filming, we held a debrief meeting with Elevate to identify the storylines we felt were most compelling to highlight and provided collaborative feedback on a long-form edit produced by Elevate using Vimeo comments and email channels.

Following this collaborative process, we held a series of additional meetings as needed to discuss final changes. The end result was a four-minute video that captured our new mission and vision wonderfully as well as a shorter edit to share on social media.

We worked with Armand to set up meetings, filming, and communicate feedback to the editor, Katie, with whom we also worked directly on final edits to the project. We utilized Vimeo comments and email channels to communicate our feedback and needs. Elevate did a remarkable job capturing our vision for the project and responding to our feedback, and we could not be happier with the process and outcome.

We shared the video with our staff, board, and strategic communications team, and all parties provided overwhelmingly positive feedback on the final draft of the video. We are excited to share the video with donors and partners in the near future.

At the time of this project, I was working as the brand manager for Modern & Living, a third-party seller on Amazon. It is a mother company that creates separate brand entities for different consumer goods categories.

What challenge were you trying to address with Elevate Creative?

We were previously launching a brand of products as an Amazon-native third-party seller normally would. That process didn’t have much innovation. Our process now entails taking a high-potential category of products and then merging it with a direct-to-consumer-meets-Amazon approach. It involves investing heavily in branding, being more customer-centric by producing creative assets, and setting up marketing initiatives. 

What we wanted to do with Elevate was to create a new set of stylized videos that not only sells products to consumers but also introduces them to the brand.  

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We and Elevate worked collaboratively and met on a weekly basis to discuss in detail what the upcoming milestones were. For this project, we had already created a script, and the Elevate team simply helped us bring our vision to life b doing all of the logistics and execution. They helped us figure out the casting, filming locations and commanded the shoot, video editing, and post-production work. 

What is the team composition?

We had two primary contacts from Elevate: Armand (Director of Communications) and Mitch (Creative Account Director). They sometimes brought in other people into the call to make sure that they understood the vision. 

How did you come to work with Elevate Creative?

I met them while I was living in Columbus and developing my own business. They were helping me figure out if I wanted to do some photography work. I had also worked with them previously to record an interview for their podcast. When the need for a videographer arose during my time at Modern & Living, I remembered Elevate and decided to reach out to them again.

How much have you invested with them?

We paid under $7,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

I first met them in November 2019, and this project lasted from September–November 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’ve left the company so there’s no way for me to know if they ever did launch the videos made by Elevate. We did, however, do a preview launch on Instagram to give us a measure of the success of our planned paid ad campaign.

How did Elevate Creative perform from a project management standpoint?

They were really exceptional at communicating and giving everyone visibility about what was happening. They were also very upfront about the project and made sure that our expectations were reasonable and realistic. 

Armand was really great at giving us timely updates and keeping us in the loop, especially if there were changes. He always took the time to listen to our concerns and make sure that the final product was what we wanted. Mitch also kept us all on the same page in terms of the deliverables and how we would get there. 

We mostly communicated via email, but if there was anything urgent or something that we wanted to give our feedback on, we would text them. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Elevate provided exceptional service. Even when they weren’t familiar with something or lacked previous experience on it, they did everything in their power to learn a certain topic to meet our requirements. They have an all-encompassing range in terms of what styles and types of videos they can do, and I think that it was great working with an agency that could do everything.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s none that I can think of. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

You’ll get the most out of your engagement if you dedicate time to meet with Elevate on a weekly basis. This is especially important during the early stages of planning the video. The best way for them to work is through collaboration, where you participate in the process, as opposed to being given a hand-off project.

Elevate Creative has helped us with a few different projects, including editing a complication of iphone videos captured by dozens of our global store associates. Mitch and his team sorted, edited and organized the videos to create a hype reel in advance of our peak 2023 holiday season. 
Additionally, Elevate has produced our virtual all-company meeting. They coordinated creating title slides, capturing livestream footage, and then editing a version to send out internally.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The work Elevate has done for us to date is more internal focused, with the goal to boost morale and help get the global team excited for peak moments in our business. Since the video and production were shared with the total company all at once, we weren't measuring total views. 
That said, we received great anecdotal feedback from associates on video content and the high production quality of the whole Fireside.

Absolutely! Mitch and team stuck to the outlined timelines and were always very responsive. During one of our projects, we had to make a last minute switch in our location and the team couldn't have been more accommodating and understanding.
