Very seamless and efficient. We would communicate weekly and had everything finished in two months.

I will boil it down to one word: proactive. Anthony and Randall were excellent at following up and keeping everything on track. I knew they were extremely busy, but they made us feel like our project was always a top priority for them.

I've known the owner for many years, since college. I've watched him closely as he grew professionally, and decided to work with him as a result. I interviewed a number of people prior to him.

I appreciate that he loves his work and is constantly motivated. We don't need to tell him what the next thing we're looking for is; he will come up with his own ideas.

We spent $10,000 with our latest project.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together on the current project this year, in August [2015]. We had been in touch before on different marketing work.

On a startup level, the biggest achievement obtained with AG Integrated Marketing Strategist was viewership: social media and blog posts. They engage the comments, and makes sure that they're being responded to in a timely fashion. Our client base is growing, as well as our followers.

Although we are in the technology industry, we are not in the consumer-phase; we are a big league company. They have ensured that our clients are engaged within our social media, and as a result, these clients see it as a new medium for the healthcare industry. The metrics we see on the site, and response rates to the blog and social media sites speak for themselves.

A lot of our contracts come from referrals, name recognition, and people being able to find us on the web when they're looking for our services. The business was a startup two years ago. We had been growing, and needed to put together a marketing strategy. At that point, we reached out to Anthony and started working with him and his company.

One of the first steps was to develop a phased marketing plan. At that point, it wasn't broken down into specific work delegation plans. There were some deliverables on his end, and some on ours.

Then, it was broken into a couple of phases. The first one was developing our digital presence, digital media, managing content and pushing the investment in general. Social media, blogging, etc. required a lot of work. We came to the realization that, if we did not outsource that, it would not get done properly. Anthony was hired to handle all our Twitter, LinkedIn, and blogging posts. He will handle anything to do with digital content.

He does analytics at the end of each month, to show growth in each facet of his focus.

We also had to get a website up, and were shopping for vendors. Pricing was all over the place, and we had no idea what to expect. He provided us with a recommendation for that as well. He ran the show in that regard as well, helping in terms of SEO, keywords, and everything else that the web developer needed marketing wise, in order to make a functional website. We provided the content and graphics, but making sure that the website ran properly was his responsibility.

We were evaluating a few people. I'd met Anthony before and thought he was nice and personable. He also seemed to be the most thorough, had the best ideas, and was a lot more flexible than others. Some people have fixed ideas on what they want to do, and how. Anthony was very open to suggestions, on picking up some things, and leaving others to us. He also provided a lot of recommendations along the way, and we followed his lead. He had a lot of insight and inputs.

We spend under $1,000 per month.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together at the end of 2013. He developed the marketing strategy for 2014 and onward.

We've already gotten business through the website. Every month, he will publish the analytics for all our digital content. There's been solid growth every month, and when there are fluctuations, he's very good at explaining them. I didn't realize how referrals came through on websites, for instance. The most important thing for us is our web presence and people reaching to our site.

The owner is extremely easy to work with and he values our input greatly. He's constantly soliciting feedback, and plays a very active role. We've been building our relationship and working together throughout the process. It's been a very personal experience.
