BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
We are launching a digital mobile parking company in Pakistan called Smart Parking, of which I am the owner, founder, and CEO. We are a part of the London-based Park and Go company.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with EbizzInfotech?
We now live in a digital time where everything goes through a computer so we wanted to get rid of the manual parking system in Pakistan and India. Especially in the time of the COVID-19 pandemic, a person who manually gives out parking slips could transfer the virus to a customer. In the UK, anyone can park their car or motorbike through a mobile app and that is what we wanted to follow.
It was the first time we had hired a freelancer, so the initial challenge was for them to understand the requirements. We asked EbizzInfotech to build a digital mobile parking app along with a website and backend system.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
After we explained the requirements step-by-step, EbizzInfotech developed the backend of the app and the website using PHP and Node.js. They also tailored the frontend according to the design requirements we provided.
They built an iOS and Android mobile parking app that customers could easily download from app stores, install, and input their email addresses or phone numbers into. The app would then generate a code for each location where the customer could park plus the number of hours. Payment of fees could be done through debit or credit card.
What is the team composition?
There were roughly 4–5 people: three developers, one development lead, and one project manager.
How did you come to work with EbizzInfotech?
One of my business partners found them online. Though working with a freelancer was a concern, as our work is based on trust, my business partner saw amazing reviews on EbizzInfotech across different sites so that's when we decided to go for it.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent almost $15,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in February 2020. We were supposed to set the deadline for 4–5 months after but we had to delay this due to the pandemic, so we wrapped up in December 2020.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The outcome of the project was quite impressive. Though they could find and fix bugs very quickly, we didn’t have to work through any; everything went well.
How did EbizzInfotech perform from a project management standpoint?
They were so brilliant and impressive, and we were very satisfied with their service. Their management was good despite the time difference between London, where I’m based, and India, where they are located. We used Skype throughout the project.
At some point, we decided to place some change requests which they were happy to accommodate and didn't charge us extra for. I also conducted UAT (user acceptance testing) on the products, being a professional tester myself, and handed it back to EbizzInfotech. When they were returned, I could see that there were improvements made based on my feedback.
What did you find most impressive about them?
When we kicked off, I saw that the quality of the work they produced was quite impressive. They were very professional and flexible.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could improve on their time estimates, but this was due to COVID-19 and many other factors so it was not their fault. Even I was not expecting to calculate for this project because I’m in IT. Nonetheless, we were happy with their service.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
In all cases, make sure that the plans and step-by-step requirements are ready because these will come in handy. Everything will be built on the basis of that.

Although development and launch were delayed due to COVID-19, EbizzInfotech delivered the agreed-upon functionalities. The client hopes to continue their collaboration with the team, as their availability and tech proficiency were stellar. Despite its remote nature, the collaboration was a success.
The client submitted this review online.
BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the CEO of Danish company that deliver online services.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire EbizzInfotech?
Ebizzinfotech was hired to optimise a complex app- and web based solution and to develop new features.
What were your goals for this project?
Optimization of current solution and addition of new critical features to support adaption.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor?
We were looking for skilled developers (mainly iOS/Android) and skilled project management to ensure efficient collaboration cross timezones/cultures/etc.
This was not our first engagement with Indian based partners and we knew what to look for when finally deciding on a partnership with Ebizzinfotech.
Describe the project in detail.
Detailed need specifications were delivered to Ebizzinfotech, and these formed the basis for initial alignment and mockups. Subsequently the solution was divided into smaller deliveries which was continuously tested and accepted.
What was the team composition?
Following interests:
- Account manger (commercial)
- Technical project manager
- iOS dev team
- Android dev team
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Development of new features was a part of a major campaign which unfortunately has been postponed due to Covid-19. The effects of the new features is therefore not evident yet, but all functionality was delivered as agreed with developers.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Overall it has been satisfactory and we plan to expand our collaboration going forward.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The availability of the technical project manager and the communication with him was key to success. In long distance collaboration this is a very important position to reduce misunderstandings and ensure alignment.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Meeting milestone deadlines and fighting for resources...obviously we would have liked everything to follow the plan we had set up front, but we also know that this rarely happens.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the owner of MedEd Games. We make medical education games for nursing, medical, and emergency response students.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Ebizz Infotech?
Initially, I developed tabletop games but wanted to create an app. I wanted the product to include functionalities that allow users to invite friends, post scores, and statuses on social media platforms.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
After I presented my concept, EbizzInfotech began to design and develop the app in an Xcode environment. Their team provided wireframes and layouts, wrote code, and implemented all the product's functionalities. Currently, their team works to build more features within the app for interaction with social media platforms and tutorials for each of the six different games. Upon its release, the app will be available in both iOS and Android marketplaces.
What is the team composition?
I interface with a project manager, Ankita (Project Manager, Ebizz Infotech), who’s professional and organized.
How did you come to work with Ebizz Infotech?
I found their portfolio on Upwork to be phenomenal. Among other reasons, I chose EbizzInfotech because I wanted an all-female development team.
How much have you invested with them?
So far, I’ve invested $5,000-$10,000 in their services.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our collaboration began in September 2019, and it’s ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
While we haven’t released the app publicly, it looks amazing—better than I could’ve imagined. When testing all 6 games, I only encountered 3 errors in total. The error rate for misspellings is less than 1% too. Since EbizzInfotech’s field isn't medical education, that rate’s especially impressive.
How did EbizzInfotech perform from a project management standpoint?
For day-to-day interactions, we use WhatsApp. We also communicate via Skype and Zoom. When we have high-quantity transfers, we use email or Google Drive. Their team requires that certain files be transferred via specific methods with which it’s easily cooperated. Despite the time difference being an offshore provider, our communication’s seamless. EbizzInfotech’s flexible and available to speak with me.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Understanding that this was my first app development project, EbizzInfotech was patient with my lack of knowledge. They’ve taken all of my wild, imaginative ideas and found ways to make them happen. Their team has been on point throughout the entirety of this project. They’re always receptive to feedback and suggestions. I’ve never had one moment of concern while working with them.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I can’t imagine what could be improved.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Refine your communication because you aren’t able to sit next to each other. Be clear and organized to support efficiency and timely delivery.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CTO & co-founder of Laneio, an online logistics startup for transportation.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with EbizzInfotech?
I hired EbizzInfotech to develop a mobile app.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Based on my design and API, their team developed an iOS and Android mobile app. The main functions of the app are for track and trace, bill of lading, and proof of delivery. Our company sells transport to transport buyers and buys from transport companies. The app is for use inside a vehicle where the auto transporter can make a delivery and sign available orders to drive.
I provide the entire startup phase with a complete UI description and layout for them to follow. Along the way, I supplied them with separate API information that was necessary to get data to fulfill their task of completing the functionality.
Instead of building two native apps with different codebases, I instructed that it be written in Flutter.
What is the team composition?
I mostly had contact with the developers.
How did you come to work with EbizzInfotech?
I found them online through Upwork or a similar job posting site. EbizzInfotech showed interest and provided their references. After checking them, I saw that they’ve worked with logistics before, which prompted my decision. There are also not many Flutter providers, so that also narrowed the search field.
How much have you invested with them?
I spent between $6,000–$7,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from June–September 2019.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
As soon as the functionality was implemented, I tested everything right away before signing off. There were a few issues initially because a lot of the work was built on theories, which didn’t translate to the real world. I had to dedicate time to change that, along with some of the API.
How did EbizzInfotech perform from a project management standpoint?
They performed pretty well. I’m a developer with a lot of ideas, using them to craft my mobile vision. I’ve worked with people offshore but learned early on that having direct contact with coders is crucial.
Most of the project management was between the developers and me. I have nothing bad to say about their project management. I let them know at the start that I didn’t want to work through a bunch of middlemen.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Compared to others I’ve worked with, EbizzInfotech was quickest in understanding my ideas. Their response time was excellent. They got back to me with any questions and answers promptly.
Are there any areas they could improve?
In the tech world, there are small things, but it’s a matter of how the eye perceives them. From my point of view, their understanding of UI could improve. Instead of doing a mockup, they went right to the code and ended up changing it afterward.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Explain and describe your idea more than once upfront. Before using the development hours, ensure that they understand it.

Ebizzinfotech developed a social media app from designs provided by their client in native Android and iOS for a development company focused on server-side management.
The application delivered by Ebizzinfotech was high-quality and pleased all project stakeholders, resulting in the launch of the fully-functioning application. Their team was professional and demonstrated dedication to their client’s success despite experiencing some delays.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
My company is a mobile app-making company based in Toronto, Canada and we just launched our first application, which is a social app geared towards university and college students.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Ebizzinfotech?
We hired Ebizzinfotech from a freelancer website when we got started on the app about two years ago. We hired them for native Android and iOS development.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
They were the ones developing the actual mobile application from our designs while we were working on the server-side. I’m not sure about the technical aspects of their work, but I know they follow industry standards in terms of native Android and iOS applications.
What is the team composition?
We had a project manager, as well as one iOS and one Android developer.
How did you come to work with Ebizzinfotech?
Because we were just looking to build our first MVP, their affordable pricing was attractive, and they were the most communicative of all of the freelancers we contacted so we went with them.
How much have you invested with them?
The overall project cost about $7000 Canadian dollars (approximately $5,300 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked on the project from April 2017–October 2019.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We just launched to the app store, and the app is up and running, which I’m very happy about. We’re still looking for beta testers and running trials in our Facebook group and with a local university here, but I am satisfied with the progress so far.
How did Ebizzinfotech perform from a project management standpoint?
We used Skype to communicate almost daily. Beyond that, most of our back and forth occurred through a Google Drive, where we would list any issues with the app that they could solve, and they could list any questions they had.
It was a bit frustrating at times for both of us because it could lead to little issues bouncing back and forth for a while, but that’s just how it is sometimes. They were very quick to respond and kept us up to date on progress at all times.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their commitment to getting the project completed was the most impressive aspect of the company. I’ve worked with freelancers before and had a couple of false starts because of technical difficulties or a lack of commitment, and Ebizzinfotech was really willing to keep progress going and making sure that we were always satisfied with their work.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We had some complications with their staff and had to switch one of our developers about 6 months into the project, but once we were able to make that change, things went a lot more smoothly and we were able to finish the project on time.
That was partly because of difficulties that they were having as a company, but the important thing was that because of our milestone payment system, we didn’t go over budget because of that, which I appreciated.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Having a technical partner in our company made it much easier for us to negotiate exact milestones and costs associated with each of those. It’s definitely important to be detailed and specific when drafting up project proposals and timelines like that.
If you don’t have anyone technical enough to identify where you really need to be at different points in the project, you might need to be willing to allocate a little bit more time and money to the get the project finished.

transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the co-founder of Optimizer Tools, a web startup that provides software solutions and Building Information Modeling (BIM) consultancy.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with EbizzInfotech?
We needed someone to develop a web page for our company to promote our services.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
They developed our web page according to our needs, using WordPress and WooCommerce. We needed a promotion key for users to obtain discounts for products. We needed it to be able to easily modify and edit the content of the web page. They did all the development in-house for us.
What is the team composition?
We were primarily in contact with the project manager and one of his technicians, as well as a couple of others occasionally.
How did you come to work with EbizzInfotech?
We put a freelance request on Upwork, then chatted with a few options. EbizzInfotech was the most structured in terms of developing our needs for these features were after.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent $50,000–$100,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from April–May 2019.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They acted as consultants: they were extremely professional, listening to our ideas and providing us with three solutions to choose from, of which they explained the pros and cons for each. The quality of their work is super, and they delivered all the functionalities we asked for.
How did EbizzInfotech perform from a project management standpoint?
The project manager asked the right questions and the consultancy was easy. When we had the framework of what our needs were, he got us in contact with one of his technicians who did all the designing and back- and frontend development.
They were fast in raising questions for us if there was something that could have been misunderstood or things that needed to be clarified. During development, we had some new ideas we wanted to implement, and they were really flexible in switching features and agreeing on a price. We used Skype to communicate, while they used different tools on their side that allowed us to see their screen and how long each task took.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We had an understanding with each other, so when they could see something was going to take more time, they informed us of the cost immediately. We would agree on it, but they didn’t expect payment at that point, instead, they showed us the end product first. Of course, there were milestones, but they weren’t completely strict. We trusted them and that trust was really beneficial.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could have consulted us in terms of making our ideas better, but they led us down the right path.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
They’re one of the most reliable developers that I’ve worked with. They can be trusted, and you can see the work in progress. They have good communication skills, and I recommend working with them. It’s definitely not the last time I’ll work with them.

Online Review
EbizzInfotech was hired to design and develop an iOS and Android app for a psychic and spiritual development company.
EbizzInfotech didn't deliver the app they promised, as they kept lying about their work throughout the project. The client invested a lot of time and money working on tasks EbizzInfotech should have taken care of, and ultimately, they required hiring a third-party developer to complete the project. This review is an update by the client company. The original content is located below the new review.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the sole owner of a psychic and spiritual development app.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address?
They didn't listen, threw stuff everywhere, tried to keep my programming. I had to have freelancer get my programming back. They removed programming and made me repay for it 3 times. Then fully removed stuff before handing the project back. Held onto my android to inflate the charge as my business following started to improve.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement and team dynamic?
I caught them lying, and refused to pay a $15,000 increase from bugs they put into my app after I refused to give them $9,300 for my Flutter android app that was fully paid for and done with my ios. I am currently paying $800 for it to be released with my new programmers. They removed my payout system before returning the app, a system I paid for 3 times because they kept removing it.
What's the status of this engagement?
They got restricted from freelancer, they have been turned into the FBI and I am trying to recover some of the money they scammed me out of. But I may not get it or the $8,000 in bugs they put in my programming after catching them.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
How did your relationship with your partner evolve?
It was one of the worst experiences of my life. They made me do all there work and testing, only to give me the run around and not fix the bugs but throw stuff everywhere.
First, let me say this company with ask for you to leave feedback way before its warranted. I remember them starting to ask me for feedback in mockup phases. Mockup is the starting of app process. If you look far enough into them, it talks about lots of customers having problems with bugs as well. But their bugs are done on purpose either by doing it on purpose or by not testing there programming. They then have their staff leave feedback to drown out all the real costumers.
Asking for feedback before project is done is to use against you in the future, so be careful with this company, they removed programming making me repay over and over, showed me a bug free app, next day released an app with my withdraw system gone and a complete buggy mess with no support in admin working. Asking them about who was making complaints, they would lie and throw anything out. I caught them lying many times.
Chats were starting randomly when clients weren't even on the app charging money, money was being sucked out of there account while clients where off as well different situations of money being sucked out of clients' accounts while off platform. They ended up also putting IDs as profile pictures of my advisers. This is yet another security threat.
When they messed my app up so bad towards the end some programmers refused to work on it. I am $17,000 into it right now with them going into $30,000 by the time I fix what they did like put $8,000 in bug in the system and finishing the app the way it was supposed to be, and they didn't do for our contract.
Everything that was requirements, that had to be done they put in, removed then made me pay another $2,500 to PayPal for replacing the removed features for the programming I already paid for. They got restricted for taking me off the platform having me send them money for things I already paid for.
Also, after tons of pages of transactions disappeared, complaints, and customers and them asking me to pay for the withdraw system 3 times then from $1,200 to $9,300 for android. It was clear what was happening.
I met them on a 3rd party app freelancer. They told me from the beginning that Flutter and Android is one code, and I would just need to pay to have it uploaded and finished into android. Max 10% of $12,900. I hired them knowing android would be done with iOS. Well, they held onto it to demand more money as my following increased.
Then when we released apple, android was done as its the exact same code as flutter is for both iOS and android, except now Jan/23 they want $5000 and are refusing to do android to upload android giving me the run around. They wait until my following hits 103k in May and say we now want $9300 for my android flutter app that was done with my iOS. I told them no way.
They then go to tell me they will release android for $6300 for their new hourly rate, however, flutter is the exact same code and they never had to do anything else but release it, there was not $9,300 worth of hours my new programmers are finishing in 16-24 hours max just doing the registering. They wasted all those months my company could have brought in an income from android, wasted my thousands on advertising. My new programmers are releasing uploading my code for $600-$800.
This was a brawn out plan to take my company for an extra $******* to $******* and they were mad when I stopped this. Not thinking of my business and their job but how they can calculate their scheme according to their needs. End the end its being release right now for $600.
However, they planned this over 16 months and we were starting to see patterns of sloppy programming, throwing stuff together, not checking for bugs and when we refused to give them the $9,300. They began putting bugs all over my system. $8,000 worth of bugs. They tried to take my company for an extra $15,000 and was mad when I caught them.
I would stay far away from this company. It was them fighting with me and being disrespectful the men going back and forth from India to working on a closed LLC in New Jersey. So, I can place them on USA soil and not only has what they have done a security risk, its against the law. Now I just want to protect future people from them but also, we did have to turn them into international FBI, and these are cybercrimes when your removing programming and making people repay.
They also destroyed our whole work chat for the 15 months hiding evidence, but I had already got it to local law enforcement and freelancer and that's why their account got suspended there. I am still trying to recover my android down payment they were supposed to uploaded it and never did yet told paypal they did. We are having new programmers to it, they did nothing more then the ios flutter code which is the same as android.
Plus, the $2,500 for the stuff they removed and made me repay. I will not be able to recover the bugs or other programming taken out at the end after they were caught.
If you are risking everything to try and own an app don't go with this company, they will destroy dreams.
The extra invoiced payments outside of freelancer, in skype are these pictures are things that I paid for in freelancer, that was in the original contacts circled, as they were my requirements. I only had a few, it was simple, I run a paid per minute platform. Then they removed my programming, and made me repay as they were giving me the run around with the release of android.
I was hurting bad financially, sick as they wore my health down, they were laughing, calling me names and here is the refund button also on all transactions going nowhere as well. With all the other pictures backing up what I am saying here in this review.
Tip for consumers:
It wasn't a opportunity to build a beautiful app but to cut corners, the more I made them stay on my track the more they had behavioral issues. They were suspended when I first hired them from not finishing a project in 2 years prior. Lots of excuses and other people's faults, when they constantly play work functions, when I made 103K followers, I couldn't afford to take my family to dinner but they took their whole company to dinner trying to charge me $9,300, that night watch them!
Products used:
It wasn't functional, they completely shut the app down and I had to have programmers get it back up, after I caught them. They put bugs in psychic sign up in 4-6 area's. They put a lot of bugs making it still pretty unfunctional now, however, right now it's being fixed and will be done this week, with android launched. So they took the app down 2 months because I caught them taking advantage of me. Plus, my android down for 7 months as it could have been released with IOS.
In what ways can they improve?
Put business first, not the scam, because if they would have released my android in Jan with Ios, I wouldn't have wasted thousands in ad's because of them being dishonest and I could have had my android income. Instead they were focused on the over all extra $9300 for my android and whatever bugs they could put in. They tried to then get me to pay them to fix the bugs they put in.
What advice do you have for clients with similar needs to yours?
Please speak out if you were in this situation. We need to let others know because we are sacrificing everything in hopes for a breakthrough in our business. But if you get a company like this that turns a 3 month project into 15 months just to scam you, you could really lose everything.
Don’t give feedback until jobs are fully done. I am willing to talk to any one else this happened to. I am also a programmer, its how I caught them being sloppy and not checking their bugs and purposely creating them to bribe us out of more money.

Project summary
EbizzInfotech is developing an iOS app for a psychic and spiritual development startup. Their work has included designing mock-ups, developing an administrative side, and testing the app.
Feedback summary
EbizzInfotech has created excellent designs and delivered quality work, making for a very successful and scalable platform in the future. The team excels at managing the project, and they’ve been able to complete the latest work quickly. Additionally, they’re very thoughtful and supportive.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the sole owner of a psychic and spiritual development app.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with EbizzInfotech?
We needed help with our app’s development.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
EbizzInfotech is in charge of the entire development of my app. In the future, it will work like a platform for psychics and spiritual developers to connect. Currently, they’re developing the app for iOS only, but we will expand it to macOS and Android next.
We’re close to finishing the development process. So far, EbizzInfotech has already developed the administration side and delivered some mock-ups of how the app will look. Additionally, they’re starting the process to launch in the App Store, and we’re about to enter the testing phase.
What is the team composition?
EbizzInfotech has a seven-people team working on my project, including a project manager.
How did you come to work with EbizzInfotech?
I found EbizzInfotech through Freelancer. When I was looking for a partner for this project, about 200 people sent me proposals, but EbizzInfotech stood out from the rest. The project manager researched my business, put out a proposal, and took care of explaining everything I needed.
How much have you invested with them?
So far, I’ve spent around $12,000, but I plan to keep investing in the app after launch because I want to keep adding features and improvements.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in March 2022, and our engagement is ongoing. We estimate to launch the app within the next couple of months, around September or October 2022. Still, I expect this to be a long-term partnership.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
EbizzInfotech is building our app to scale. We estimate to have around 2,000 advisors and a couple of million clients in the future. Although we haven’t finished the app, we’re getting there, and they’ve accomplished many milestones. So far, they’ve been very helpful and clear. Whenever I’ve felt frustrated, they’ve helped me overcome those challenges, and they’ve delivered great work.
The app we’re developing has tremendous potential. Currently, there aren’t a lot of these apps in the market, and the apps already in there are doing things similarly. With EbizzInfotech’s development work, we’re doing things differently, and we will keep improving the platform to make it a multimillion-dollar business.
How did EbizzInfotech perform from a project management standpoint?
Thanks to EbizzInfotech’s project management, I’m certain that the project will come on budget. The project has been divided into 17 milestones total. Initially, getting the first two milestones completed took us longer than expected because I wasn’t entirely clear on what I wanted, and we were defining the design and functionality. However, they then delivered the next five milestones within three weeks.
EbizzInfotech’s work has been so invested in the process and has worked so quickly that they’ve delivered milestones even without waiting for the payment first. I have no doubt that they will complete the rest of the project on time.
I communicate directly with the project management, and she handles the entire communication with the development team. We communicate via Skype — using its phone and messaging features — and Freelancer.
What did you find most impressive about them?
EbizzInfotech’s main strength is the work they deliver. They deliver thoughtful work, and they’ve done a beautiful job with the app’s designs. Overall, I love their team, and I would give them the highest ratings.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t have any particular constructive criticism for EbizzInfotech; I’ve faced some roadblocks, but those haven’t been their fault. For example, it would have been great if the initial design process had been faster. It wasn’t clear how long it would take, and I was stressing out because I felt we were getting delayed. However, now I know why it happened, and they completed five milestones in a very short time after that. Additionally, it has been difficult for me to go over the app’s development over and over; I feel like it has been as hard for me as it is for the developers.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be very thorough and know exactly what you want. They will take care of your project, no matter how challenging it gets.
