Dynamic Solution Innovators has created a modular web portal that hosts various complex workflows for enterprise staff members. The team has also run those workflows to completion, storing progress in a PostgreSQL database. In addition, they've created CI/CD infrastructure using Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS, and they've provided significant testing and project management help on our projects. Although Dynamic Solution Innovators has built the entire web portal, they haven't built the platform of microservices that the portal controls.

Dynamic Solution Innovators has delivered an MVP and multiple follow-on releases. Thanks to their work, we've gotten our first paying customers. In addition, we've received positive customer feedback, in particular about the benefits of the carefully constructed UX in the web portal.

How did Dynamic Solution Innovators perform from a project management standpoint?

Dynamic Solution Innovators initially gave us only engineers. However, we later asked for a full-time project manager, and he has significantly improved our organization and efficiency. Overall, we've delivered against the deadlines we targeted, sometimes managing very creatively to do so. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Dynamic Solution Innovators has shown a great spirit of teamwork and commitment to our company's goals. They're very flexible and have helped us find creative solutions to budget and scheduling challenges. In addition, they take significant pride in the software they create.

Are there any areas they could improve?

DSi tends to accept whatever processes and practices our company proposes. This is good from a flexibility standpoint, but DSi could be more opinionated in its proposals about which best practices they know will work well with their own staff members in the context of the engagement type we have.
