I'm the co-founder of Scall Solutions, a coaching and consulting company specializing in HR and leadership.

What challenge were you trying to address with Dtech Systems?
When we started our company, we already had clients, but we had no digital footprint. We didn't have a logo, a color scheme, a website, a checkout page, or any automation. As a result, we were non-existent on the internet. Therefore, we hired Dtech Systems to help us out.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Dtech Systems created a website for us, including its design, logo, colors, and content. The team also developed our checkout page and automated its features. Moreover, they set up our email service. The web pages included a home page, a services page, a pricing page, an about us page, and a contact page. As for the technology stack, we used Canva for the design.
For this website, we specifically requested that our services and pricing be split. We're a very niche company, so they weren't able to copy and paste a website from somewhere else; everything had to be developed from scratch.
We provide very specific services for individuals, educational institutions, and organizations. However, not all of those services have pricing. Given that we offer both B2B and B2C services, we do have products with pricing that B2C clients can acquire through our checkout page.

We worked with Talha (Owner & CEO), a designer, and two developers.

We worked together from February–June 2023. We paused the project after the start because we had full-time jobs as business owners and had to focus on our business.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
In terms of design, we were very picky. Still, the way Dtech Systems translated our ideas into the actual design was phenomenal.
How did Dtech Systems perform from a project management standpoint?
Dtech Systems didn't use any project management tools, yet they always delivered work before the deadline. This was possible mainly due to the effective communication on both ends. Our most used and effective communication channel was a WhatsApp group. We also used email and Google Meet. We communicated daily via WhatsApp and email, and we had a weekly Google Meet call.
Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?
I would like to give a shout-out to Talha.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Nowadays, it's hard to find people who stick to their promises. Everything is contract-based, so once a contract is signed, that's what the client can expect. However, Talha did a lot more than that. He stretched his work far beyond what the contract stipulated, and whatever he promised, he ensured to stick to it and over-deliver. We were very happy with their work, and we'll continue working with them in the future.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Overall, Dtech Systems was perfect. Although there were small issues within their team, it was nothing major or worth mentioning.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be ready because they get things done. Once you reach out to them and start the project, they'll get you across the finish line. Many projects nowadays get started, but they don't get finished. Dtech Systems, however, finishes them by leveraging their ways and tools to do so.

I'm a senior associate solution developer at a financial organization. I work and manage development projects. My department is called Digital and Corporate Excellence and provides IT solutions to improve the work environment and increase the productivity and efficiency of our staff. My work involves gathering requirements from end clients to understand their problems. Based on my experience in this field, I research to find the best solution.

What challenge were you trying to address with Dtech Systems?
We needed support in managing our projects using ClickUp. In order to get the best out of the tool, we had to hire a consultant.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Before working with Dtech Systems, we didn't have a system to manage our process, and all our information was scattered. We had a place for planning, a place to assess requirements, and a place to find files. We've hired Dtech Systems to help us manage our projects.
The project scope involves automating the process of receiving requests from end clients and getting enough information to start planning, budgeting, and scoping projects. We also needed to implement a reporting dashboard for management to know the project's progress.
When we receive requests, they come through a form. The requester has to fill in the information, and once they submit the form, a task is assigned to a teammate within our team. That teammate reviews the initial request and meets within the same request to collect more information. If the request is a project, they assign it to another team, which evaluates the scope and defines its importance and impact within our organization to define the benefits it will have for us.

We work with four teammates from Dtech Systems, including their CEO.
How did you come to work with Dtech Systems?
Dtech Systems was appointed by ClickUp, which is the company that created the tool we use. The tool can be enhanced and configured by introducing consultants, and ClickUp nominated Dtech Systems as one of their best service providers.

We've spent around $50,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with Dtech Systems in August 2023, and the engagement is ongoing. We've completed the project's first phase.

Our goal is to increase the efficiency of our organization's work, and we've seen that impact. We still have a lot of work to do with Dtech Systems, but we're happy with the results so far. We've already seen an improvement in our efficiency.

Dtech Systems delivers most of the projects within our time and budget. We've had some changes in requirements. We have two fixed meetings via Zoom weekly for two hours to discuss the project.
