Some of the biggest pain points we've heard from many GC's is both the difficulty of obtaining Pre-Qualification data from the Subcontractors and a lack of automation and sophisticated analysis of the data once they get it. GC's want better underwriting and risk assessment tools to leverage the data they already have. Our solution addresses the Pre-Qualification and Risk Assessment process, helping the GC with pain points particularly around analyzing subcontractor data.
