What challenge were you trying to address with Doing Good Studios?

We were launching two new external projects to sell to our customers. We needed a social media campaign launch and assets for all of the initiatives.

Doing Good Studios provided social media graphics, a brochure, Eventbrite graphics, LinkedIn, Canva, all launch material and the actual assets for print to hand over to 114 residents

We vetted four different firms for some marketing initiatives we were launching this year. Doing Good Studios blew us away immediately with their preparation for the call. Their level of attention to detail was so high that it became apparent quickly that the other firms were just checking the box.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We received a lot of great feedback from our internal team members who weren't even on the project. We won't know measurable outcomes until a few months later.

Doing Good Studios's project management was phenomenal. We primarily communicated through virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Doing Good Studios's communication, consistency, and responsiveness were impressive. The creative output from a very picky firm owner was beyond what we could expect. They worked within our brand standards, but they also pushed us to look at our brand standards and final product differently.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything for Doing Good Studios to improve.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I've never experienced anything like Doing Good Studios from a creative consultant, and I haven't even gotten to their deliverables. They're hands down the best creative partner we've worked with in a long time, and we're looking forward to working with them again.

This project included a full website makeover, blog migration, and brand refresh for Sarton Physical Therapy to align with the updated branding and enhance user experience. The pelvichealing.com website was completely redesigned with modern, responsive layouts, improved navigation, and integrated functionality. The new logo, color palette, and typography were implemented to create a cohesive and contemporary digital identity that reflects the clinic’s patient and heart-centered mission. All existing blog content was migrated, reformatted, and optimized for readability and SEO while preserving existing links and search performance. Deliverables included a fully redesigned website, updated brand assets, seamless blog migration, and staff training for content management. The result is a cohesive, user-friendly online presence that strengthens Sarton Physical Therapy’s brand, improves visibility, and supports continued growth.

The rebrand and website makeover strengthened Sarton Physical Therapy’s digital presence, creating a more modern, trusted, and patient-centered image. Following launch, the clinic anticipates a notable rise in online visibility and engagement, with increased website traffic, higher patient inquiries, and improved recognition across social and search platforms. The refreshed branding and cohesive visual identity elevated credibility, reinforced the clinic’s leadership in pelvic health, and deepened connection with both new and returning patients.

The team was timely, communicative, and highly supportive throughout the entire process. They consistently met deadlines, responded quickly to questions, and were incredibly patient and flexible as we worked through decisions and revisions. They also did an excellent job of teaching and walking us through each step, ensuring we understood the process and felt confident.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stood out most was the distinct style and creativity of their work, and how genuinely they listened to our vision. They took the time to understand who we are and what we wanted to communicate — then elevated it beyond what we imagined, creating something that feels both authentic and beautifully refined.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Doing Good Studios could have done differently?

If anything, adding a few live virtual meetings toward the end of the project might have made the final review process a bit smoother. While communication through Asana and email was effective overall, real-time discussions could have made it easier to share feedback and finalize details more efficiently.

With this specific project, it was a complete homerun. I really wish I can provide some constructive feedback. They even provide video instructions/walk-throughs for some of the things we had to complete like licensing purchasing for photos used, etc.

Our website and branding had been done personally by us when we launched the company in 2018. We had a vision for the brand, modern and minimal, but as we are not designers by trade we felt we could use a more professional update to our website, branding, and packaging.

We had several friends recommend Trin and Doig Good to us so we reached out for more info. We found them engaging, professional, communicative, and overall really great people!

We started with a scope for mainly our website, which we then expanded to our overall brand identity and packaging. We went through several refinements for look and feel, though they were minor as the team really did a good job honing in on what we were looking for.

Our main points of contact were Trin and Chenille, who walked us through all of the steps of the project and held our hands along the way. We couldn't recommend them more, they are awesome!

We just rolled out our new packing which has received tons of positive feedback from our customers! Website roll out is coming soon, we are very excited to implement it.

The workflow was excellent, very smooth with lots of feedback and communication!

We loved all of the care and attention we received on this project. We are not designers or coders, we are food and beverage people, so we had lots of questions to find clarity. The team was patient and gracious with us, we appreciated that.

We are very happy, we would definitely hire them again!

I met Trin and Chenille in person at a networking event and felt that they were good people who could really help improve my business in its early stages.

Afterwards, they would regularly update me on their progress and get my feedback for revisions. The final deliverables were a Shopify store and a branding deck, which included a new company logo.

I worked exclusively with Trin and Chenille. They served a similar purpose in the sense that they were both always available to me for any questions I might have, presented every progress update together, and managed communications with me.

They are great at communicating. I was able to stay connected through call, text, email, and video call. They sent regular email updates and presented larger updates over video.

I think they did a great job within the scope of the project. If I had a bigger budget, I would’ve expected more content creation to help aid the web design, as well as more usable deliverables from the branding, but that would be a much bigger project than what I had requested.

Trin and Marv at Doin Good really took the time to understand the purpose of the company and our target market. They explained the reasoning behind their different stylistic choices. Everything desicion felt intentional and purposeful. What I thought was going to be a little clean-up of our current branding became with a very purposeful and personal journey to a complete rebrand.

Nope! They took the time to make sure everything was perfect!
