The pelvichealing.com website was completely redesigned with modern, responsive layouts, improved navigation, and integrated functionality. The new logo, color palette, and typography were implemented to create a cohesive and contemporary digital identity that reflects the clinic’s patient and heart-centered mission. All existing blog content was migrated, reformatted, and optimized for readability and SEO while preserving existing links and search performance. Deliverables included a fully redesigned website, updated brand assets, seamless blog migration, and staff training for content management. The result is a cohesive, user-friendly online presence that strengthens Sarton Physical Therapy’s brand, improves visibility, and supports continued growth.

What stood out most was the distinct style and creativity of their work, and how genuinely they listened to our vision. They took the time to understand who we are and what we wanted to communicate — then elevated it beyond what we imagined, creating something that feels both authentic and beautifully refined.

If anything, adding a few live virtual meetings toward the end of the project might have made the final review process a bit smoother. While communication through Asana and email was effective overall, real-time discussions could have made it easier to share feedback and finalize details more efficiently.

With this specific project, it was a complete homerun. I really wish I can provide some constructive feedback. They even provide video instructions/walk-throughs for some of the things we had to complete like licensing purchasing for photos used, etc.

We started with a scope for mainly our website, which we then expanded to our overall brand identity and packaging. We went through several refinements for look and feel, though they were minor as the team really did a good job honing in on what we were looking for.

Our main points of contact were Trin and Chenille, who walked us through all of the steps of the project and held our hands along the way. We couldn't recommend them more, they are awesome!

We just rolled out our new packing which has received tons of positive feedback from our customers! Website roll out is coming soon, we are very excited to implement it.

We loved all of the care and attention we received on this project. We are not designers or coders, we are food and beverage people, so we had lots of questions to find clarity. The team was patient and gracious with us, we appreciated that.

Afterwards, they would regularly update me on their progress and get my feedback for revisions. The final deliverables were a Shopify store and a branding deck, which included a new company logo.

I worked exclusively with Trin and Chenille. They served a similar purpose in the sense that they were both always available to me for any questions I might have, presented every progress update together, and managed communications with me.

My business now has a cohesive brand identity that we can easily reference as we scale up.

They are great at communicating. I was able to stay connected through call, text, email, and video call. They sent regular email updates and presented larger updates over video.

I think they did a great job within the scope of the project. If I had a bigger budget, I would’ve expected more content creation to help aid the web design, as well as more usable deliverables from the branding, but that would be a much bigger project than what I had requested.

Trin and Marv at Doin Good really took the time to understand the purpose of the company and our target market. They explained the reasoning behind their different stylistic choices. Everything desicion felt intentional and purposeful. What I thought was going to be a little clean-up of our current branding became with a very purposeful and personal journey to a complete rebrand.

We were in desperate need of branding, logo and graphic designs. We were in search of a one stop shop that could provide all that and more. What initially started off as a conversation of apparel graphics turned in to so much more and our goals were greatly surpassed.

I have gone years trying to find the right fit with a graphic designer. I decided to think outside the box and reach out to a friend outside of the industry. He quickly connected Doing Good Studios and I. I would say after our first conversation and meeting with the team and seeing their past work, I knew they understood what I was looking for and felt they were the best fit for our brand.

They took an approach I was not expecting and greatly welcomed. They had me fill out a questionnaire and interviewed me extensively. The whole process flushed out the brand's vision and mission statement. What I thought would only be graphic designs, ended up being so much more - a brand new logo, a company deck, marketing strategies, in addition to graphics.

I worked with three people from the company: the owner, operations manager, and design director.

As a result of the project, our brand now has a clear, distinct vision. The new logo and graphics give us a whole new fresh, hip look. We're also able to finally convey our mission. In every milestone, their presentation was professional and clear with their research and industry data.

The team stuck to the calendar and schedule as planned. Communication included emails, phone calls, texts and video conferences. For every meeting, they had a set agenda, starting with a quick overview and always concluding with a recap and next steps.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We're impressed with their ability to flush out our vision and the meaning behind our ideas. The best way I can describe it is therapeutic. It was a technique I did not expect, but thoroughly enjoyed the process.

At this moment, I cannot say there are any areas for improvement. If anything, I think other design groups and agencies can learn a lot from Doing Good Studios in how they handle their clientele.
