To successfully integrate ROOK, your organization needs the following teams based on your APP needs:

Backend Team
Receive Data: Build an API to receive health data sent by ROOK.
Data Storage and Processing: Store the data securely for further processing.
Serve Your APP: Develop an API to serve your end-user APP.
Frontend Team (Optional)
Custom Connections Pages: Create a user-facing page that allows users to authorize access to their health data.
Dashboards: Build dashboards to present health data clearly and actionably.
Mobile Team (If Needed)
ROOK integrates with two types of data sources: API-Based and Mobile-Based.

Data Sources and Testing

Obtain Devices or Accounts for the selected data sources.
Ensure Test Users Have Existing Data: Users should have pre-existing health data available.ROOK supports the extraction of pre-existing data.

Validate Data Flow
Validate the correct flow of health data after user authorization and connection.

Monitor Incoming Webhooks:
After users authorize ROOK to access their health data, monitor the configured webhooks to ensure that health metrics are being delivered correctly. This is the recommended method for validating that data from authorized users is flowing without issues in near real time.
Query the API (Optional for Debugging):
Clients can also perform on-demand queries to the ROOK API to retrieve specific user health data. However, using the API as the main method for continuous data retrieval is not recommended for Production environments. Webhooks provide a more reliable and scalable delivery mechanism.
Validate Schemas:
Use the reference documentation at Data Types to ensure that incoming payloads match the expected structures for summaries and events.

We have had experience with to contracts for two different clientes and everything has gone smooth so far, they are very professional

DMT developed a mobile application and internal management system to streamline our university dining services across all campuses. This included a robust ticket scheduling platform for students and staff, fully integrated with our existing food service operations.

Additionally, they provided consulting, development, and ongoing support for several of our academic and internal administrative platforms.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Thanks to DMT’s solutions, we successfully eliminated physical queues at our university dining halls, enhancing user experience and service efficiency. The mobile app significantly improved the planning and delivery of daily meals. Their work also helped modernize key academic processes, ensuring greater accessibility and automation.

We conducted monthly review meetings with DMT to evaluate progress, approve each milestone, and discuss newly implemented features. They adhered to our timelines and were responsive to our evolving requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Their culture of transparency and collaboration was important to us. The DMT team worked showed commitment at every stage, from early consulting sessions to final deployment, offering tailored guidance and dependable technical support.

Are there any areas for improvement or something DMT Technology could have done differently?

There were some delays during the app publishing phase and in training our internal dining services staff, which slightly postponed the final delivery of the project report and documentation. However, they were receptive to feedback and resolved these challenges professionally.

I’m the founder of Vore, a personalized nutrition app that helps athletes and active individuals optimize their performance through smarter meal tracking, AI-powered insights, and coach-guided plans.

We needed help integrating a complex API.

What was the scope of their involvement?

DMT Technology helped us integrate a key feature that allowed us to stand out from the competition. They implemented Vore’s health score feature, which allowed us to provide feedback on how users were doing regarding sleep and physical activity.

We worked together from June to August 2025.

Our performance improved as we were able to communicate key data back to the end user. DMT Technology provided weekly updates via video calls and clear milestones throughout the implementation process.
