We were looking for a reliable partner, open-minded and able to propose high level technical solutions adapted to our client's project.In order to preserve the added value of our project, we needed to find a partner who could offer customized solutions.

The scope of the project and the conditions were clear. The ability to listen, to understand the project's issues and to ensure that deadlines were met were obvious.

The goal was to make the technical part of a website designed by us. The proposed technology had to allow a high degree of personalization and a relative ease of updating the contents.
The website is divided into a presentation part and a simplified transactional space meeting the (variable) requirements of our inexperienced client. Dizzaro's patience was a great help. WordPress is not a technology that we have mastered in our company. I was positively surprised by what specialists in the field were able to provide. It's a great foundation for moving the project forward.

I think that, like us, Dizzaro favors short communication schemes with as few stakeholders as possible to ensure clear messages. There were two people, the project manager and the developer.

At the present time, we cannot measure any indication of success. We need to launch the campaign. We will have feedback at the beginning of the year.

I don't have a precise impression. It's rather instinctive, but I think we can start future collaborations, they are reliable and competent. For me it means a lot

Perhaps have more confidence in their capabilities or less " fear " and take the liberty to challenge our proposals submitted. I am sure that this would be an added value thanks to their experience.

Most of our projects are done on BigCommerce which is SAAS. While the platform is far more open than others, it still has limitations, and more importantly, specific ways some things must be done in order for them to work properly. We need a reliable, high quality dev firm to support our store builds, as well as custom applications.

Quality. Looks great, works well, low effort on our end to have to "find all the flaws" and send them back for fixes. When it is done right the first time, this is easier for us and allows us to finish projects faster and at a lower cost.

They were recommended to me on Facebook. As I have talked to more firms than I can count in the past year, I've gotten good at "cutting to the chase" and rooting out the stronger players. I then proceeded to test them with small projects which they did well. We're still expanding upon this relationship and hope to make them our primary development team.

It's still early in the relationship but their work has been flawless. This is helping me accept more projects which is growing the firm.

We are primarily using Slack and Google documents on my end. They prefer Jira while I use another project manager so they are handling Jira on their end. It has worked well. They've been very accommodating of American time zones.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their work has been excellent and fast. I rule out 90% of developers due to poor QA. These guys have been low maintenance for me.
