There were multiple projects that they were working on at once. First they were working to launch our online program. They started working on two platforms including google ad words and Facebook to drive leads to our landing page. They improved the layout and copy of our landing page and significantly increased our conversion rate. There have been a number of iterations for lead generation campaigns and all have delivered results.

The second project was to drive potential clients to our physical therapy practice. Through Facebook marketing as well as landing page design and implementation they have increased the number of leads we have had by at least 250%.

We have worked with a number of team members throughout our time with the agency. We have always had the same account manager and he has brought in different media buyers, copywriters, and designers throughout the process to work on specific aspects depending on their particular skill set.

We have had a at least a 250% increase in qualified leads to our physical practice and increased the amount of new clients by at least 150%. Digit Ink has also successfully launched our new online program, given it direction, and a target audience.

We have weekly zoom meetings to discuss progress. Beyond that the communication via email is daily and any questions that we have can be easily addressed. They are one of the best communicating agencies that we have worked with and this is all considering that our time zones are 7 hours apart.

They are really personal and easy to work with. Your success is their success and they take that very seriously. They really can handle all aspects of marketing, from strategy development to copy creation and implementation.
